WZZM:
A lawsuit against Alticor is going to trial in federal court. Sellers involved with the Ada-based company’s Quixtar division claim they were blocked from selling lucrative “how-to” type materials to other potential Quixtar representatives.
A federal judge has now denied Quixtar’s motion to dismiss the claims, sending it to trial.
Today, Quixtar sent WZZM 13 News this statement saying: “Quixtar is disappointed with this ruling and is considering available options at this time.”

Nice try advertising. I doubt anyone would actually want to use your service if they can make money from their own business though. As for the subject, it’s not fair to sell a “how-to” anything to anyone if it defeats the purpose of learning. That’s like a med student selling the answers to an exam to another med student who has just started in med school.
