When I’m asked, “So tell me about Natural Selling?” apart from using the very powerful “You know how…?” reply you will find in my book, the way I respond will depend on the situation and the context in which the question is asked.
Here is one response I might use:
“What would you like to know?”
This is asked with genuine curiosity. I really want to know.
Using Dialogue and the Process of Discovery I can then:
Clarify where they are coming from.
Find out if there is deeper reason behind their question.
Discover if they are looking for a specific or general answer or just simply idling the time away.
