Avoid using hype if you want to build a network that can withstand the pressures of the marketplace. Be realistic in explaining the business building processes. Strive to learn and understand the temperaments of your new associates to better develop a strategy for them to building their business. Invest of yourself to those that are ready to get started now and offer support and training to those that may be slower in getting things going. Review their goals with them to get a clear picture of their desired results from their business. Put your ego on hold. Encourage teaming with others in your organization that may have complimentary skills and temperaments.
