I was involved with an MLM company that essentially washed their hands of responsibility when it came to the ethics of their distributors. A company that lays out it’s MLM ethics for the world to see is a great way to begin to move MLM out of resistance and into a place of acceptance.
To ensure compliance, we train all Sensaria Independent Representatives to:
- Identify themselves and the company they represent
- Explain how to return a product or cancel an order
- Respect client privacy and the right to end a class at the customer’s request
- Provide accurate and truthful information regarding price, quality, quantity, performance and availability of products or services
- Offer a written receipt
