2 Beers and a Napkin - MLM Test

Work At Home Business Opportunities:

When I was reviewing MLM companies in print, here’s how I decided if it was worth my time to review them.

I call it the “2 Beers and a Napkin test.

If the MLM company could have been dreamed up from start to finish by 2 guys drinking a beer and written down on a napkin, it was probably not a good company.

Here’s what I mean.

If two guys (or gals, let’s be fair) can dream up a company and they appreantly have

1. No unique product

2. No manufacturing contacts

3. Nothing but a hot headline designed to troll the business opportunity markets for the least likely to succed, it flunks the test.

Here’s a real life example.

Back before the Net, you could buy grocery coupon books for $5 that would allow you to mail in requests for popular brand name coupons in the amount of $250.

Some folks decided to have an “opportunity where people paid $40 per month to join and get “$250 of groceries.

Of course there were no groceries… just coupons.

Sounded good though.

Must have sounded even better as the creator’s blood alcohol levels peaked.

See what I mean?

It’s a great test. I really should patent it!
