Report on BioPerformance Fuel
Wallace Environmental Testing Labs, Inc. is an independent, full service automotive
emissions testing facility currently recognized by both the United States Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) as well as the California Air Resource Board (CARB) as being capable of performing
Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and Highway Fuel Economy Test (HFET) test procedures. We have
been involved in emissions testing since 1984 and have conducted tests on many fuel additive
products to determine whether they increase fuel economy and reduce emissions in gasoline powered
vehicles.
The FTP (40 C.F.R. Part 86) is the primary test for vehicle emissions. The FTP and the
Highway Fuel Economy Test (HFET) (40 C.F.R. Part 600) are tests recognized by the EPA for
evaluating fuel economy of light-duty vehicles.
BioPerformance, Inc. retained Wallace Environmental Testing Labs, Inc. to perform FTP and
HFET tests on a group of vehicles to determine whether its product, “BioPerformance Fuel”,
increases fuel economy and reduces emissions. Each required phase of the FTP and HFET
procedures was completed by this laboratory. At the appropriate phases of the testing, the powder
form of BioPerformance Fuel was used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Using the EPA’s criteria for the evaluation of fuel additives, the FTP and HFET tests
conducted by this laboratory provide a reasonable degree of confidence that the product causes a real
improvement in fuel economy and reduction in emissions. The emissions tested were Hydrocarbons
(HC) which showed an average reduction of 5.387%, Carbon Monoxide (CO) which showed an
average reduction of 7.315%, and Nitrous Oxide (NOx) which showed an average reduction of
3.513%.
Except as stated hi this report, BioPerformance, Inc. considers the specific results of the tests
to be proprietary information. For this reason, we have no authority to and will not release or discuss
the results unless instructed to do so by BioPerformance, Inc.

Composition

1. Lubricants. Biomile lubricants lower friction in the combustion chamber; providing less engine wear and more power.

2. Iron oxide. Substitute for lead. Up to 1975 lead was in fuels. Vehicles/motorcycles since 1975 have had increased performance and reliability.

3. Detergents. The more you use the Biomile, the cleaner your fuel system and engine gets. After about 5 uses a nano-coating occurs – shows as a brown/pink color. This coating prevents future hydrocarbon build-up.

4. Manganese. An octane booster.

A. Petrol/Gas

1.1 gram (capsule shaped pill) treats 18 US gallons or approximately 68 Litres. The .6 gram pill (round shaped) treats 10 US Gallons or approximately 38 Litres.

Easy to distinguish the larger surface area allows for easier dissolving. The formula in these two pills is different. The 1, 1 gram pill has cleaners/detergents with an octane booster, while the .6 gram pill which is used in moist/seasonal environments has a fuel stabilizer plus and octane booster.

The evaporation point of gas and water is different (cold gas evaporates faster) and has a tendency to neutralize pressure and attract moisture. Biomile has a stabilizer which is neither a preservative or gas line antifreeze. This stabilizer delays the loss of octane and maintains component characteristics so performance is consistent. In a 60 to 90 day period fuel loses 1% of octane every 3 to 4 days. Biomile helps to reduce evaporation and stabilize volatility.

B. Marine

Marine applications have run into difficulties with no-lead gas causing premature value guides and engine wear deterioration know as “blow-by�. Most marine engines, inboard and outboard normally operate at 85% load capacity (pushed hard).

Octane and iron oxide is essential for long life duration, minimizes wear and provides peak performance as needed. Also reduces emissions in 2 and 4 cycle engines up to 75% and extends fuel efficiency by up to 15%, increasing miles/km per gallon/litre and knots per minute by 8 to 15% based on rpm’s of an internal combustion engine.

C. Diesel

Powder product (crumb) for diesel applications on land and off-shore, where oil or vegetable based fuels are used. Also available in a 1.1 gram pill.

No other product is capable of working with non-mineral based fuels. No other product provides lubricants/octane to maintain and even exceed previous standards or requirements of older sulphur demanding diesel engines.

Benefits are less noise and less smoke. Additional lubricants are needed in order to prevent extensive damage under load which can void a manufacturers warranty. By adding PDP, iron oxide and an octane booster (manganese), product goes into solution delivery and all benefits are gained within 45 minutes.

Rather than a stabilizer, the diesel product has important anti fungal/antibacterial agents to prevent mold/fungus problems with filters. Product is unique and perfectly marries into all different fuel configurations.

NO OTHER COMPARES

Our product stands far ahead of other fuel additives, improving performance of oxygenated fuels (that is fuels that are blended and not 100% petroleum based), e.g. ethanol blends, alcohol blends, gasohol blends, beets, peanut shells, corn, corn husks, etc. No other product works in all of these scenarios.

Only our product, when added to blended or non-blended fuels does not change the evaporation point of the fuel medium and therefore does not change, modify or cause any detriment to the volatility of internal combustion fuels. I learned a lot and have come to the realization that aside from what some people are saying, it appears that BP has a lot more to deal with than the average member such as myself is aware of.

For instance, I was not aware of the battle concerning the infringement rights. And aside from what I read here tonight, I also read up on some info regarding the top people in BP earlier today that I was not aware of either.

In honesty, this is rather disturbing information for me. And, I can corsee my withdrawl from BP. It is embarrassing as I promoted BP without this newly gained information and in plain talk, I feel that I have been hoodwinked.

I also discovered why, I have been feeling very ill for the last couple of weeks also, in that I has a box of the BP pills next to my computer. At first the smell bothered me somewhat, but I must have gotten used to it. Needless to say, I have moved the pills out top my garage. For BP to advertise that the product is non toxic is crazy to say the least.

I was so sick from that the pills last week that I ended up in the local hospital emergency room with what I thought was my heart.But, the doctors could not find anything, and even though he asked me about any chemicals or anything like that, I had completely forgotten about the BP pills next to my computer. But, now it makes a lot more sense.

Also unfortunatly, I put a lot of money into advertising etc for BP so I will have to save up before I can get into another program. Live and Learn!!
