I’ve never been a big fan of all the autodialers… it’s much easier just to stick to internet marketing and save your money as there are a lot of these that aren’t what they claim they are.

Gold Calling® was never sold as a ‘predictive dialer” or as a system to qualify prospects through dialing. You should know the following;

(1) Unfortunately there were those who abused some of the functions in it.
(2) The Federal Law in the U.S. is called the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act – enacted in 1991). You cannot dial people unless you have their express permission first. I would not teach anyone to do any direct marketing other than direct mail prior to gaining ‘permission’, that is why- pro teach “permission-based relationship marketing�? only.
(3) The list sold with that old program was only offered to the first group of buyers, after that the offer was switched to providing 25,000 leads/week – all fresh.
(4) I believe the person above who made the negative comments about lists was basically knocking us because he/she offered a competitive product.
(5) “Permission-based relationship marketing�? will make you rich, you only need to understand it.
(6) Finally, this product is no longer marketed through a home-based or network marketing type business.

I called and spoke to a rep, live, at the FCC. It’s illegal to call a residence with a voice broadcast or autodialer without the express prior consent of the individual or unless you have a business relationshiop with that individual already. Read half-way down the regulation in the above URL.

Autodialers are used my police departments for evacuation, schools use them verify when your child was absent & boy during the elections the state and gov use it to get there message out there….!

As long as it is scrubbed againist the “Do Not Call List”..

Gold Calling includes a massive database of people who are not aware that they are being sold. As this opportunity grows it is effident that these people are going to become extremely irritated. I know I am. I have already received 3 calls from this sysem and my number is on the do not call list.

Furthermore, autodialers are against the law in most states.

This is really no different than selling massive email addresses. They call it spam.
