Well, I’m not part of a Legal Department, that’s for sure.
Keep the tone light and breezy—that’s what I’ll do. Stand my ground, firm in tone but light. And breezy.
I understand protecting a trademark, but if a person is trying to tell another about a product in a professional manner on the web…is that wrong? These people are distributors after all.

Yes, this is so true. There are still many companies that do not know the FULL POTENTIAL of marketing on the internet
