The Staubach Company Los Angeles has negotiated a new lease for a 186,000-square-foot office building that will serve as headquarters for the Americas regional team of Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF – News). Legacy Partners’ Palm Court project, located at 950 W. 190th Street in Torrance, will be re-named Herbalife Plaza, becoming the new home to the regional staff of Herbalife Americas, as well as several other departments. The 10-year lease valued at $50 million will commence in August 2006.
