Herbalife Ltd. announces the promotion of Paul Noack to the newly-created post of executive vice president and chief strategic officer with responsibility for global strategic and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, developing business in China, and a particular focus on international growth areas. Noack joined the company in January 2004 as senior vice president, corporate planning and strategy. He will now report to Chief Executive Officer Michael O. Johnson.
