Oasis LifeSciences will undergo a name change to Univera LifeSciences. In addition Oasis LifeSciences will be merging with sister company Namyang Aloe.
This name change and merger appear to be in preperation for global expansion to include Australia, Asia and Europe.
The merger will result in Univera LifeSciences’ global volume in the $250 million range.
