Think about writing the following three words on a Post-it note and “post it” on your refrigerator door. They might be the 3 most important things you can do on your path to being on purpose, helping others and achieving your personal goals.
LISTEN
SILENT
ENLISTPeople are attracted and will listen to people who know how to listen to them and respond to their answers. They are more inclined to buy your solutions because they feel good about you and the fact that you will understand where they are coming from.
