The word on the street is that if you used your credit card for your Lotto Club Pro membership and if you did not receive your product (the lottery numbers) and so far nobody has received their numbers, at least not real ones – you can do a charge back and recoup some or all of your money. Unless he wants to dispute it and prove that he delivered your product, and we all know that’s not likely to happen. Get your money back then poke around this site for a worthy MLM company, good team or experienced MLM mentor to get you headed in the right direction. There are many valid and legal MLM’s, you just have to find one that suits you the best is all.

I didn’t get a response on my cancel letter and my messages are being ignored. My friend said her cancellation was delayed by them on purpose so the company could get her for one more month before finally dropping her and I guess this is their plan for me unless I try a stop payment & send the drop letter by certified mail. She was told her email wasn’t received which was convienient. My cancel email letter is here:

I sent a complaint to the FTC and the postal service and hope they look at the company and the people running it. I hope they look at the leaders with a magnifying glass too since they are the ones pushing this and should take some of the heat for spreading this MLM scam too!!!

Not even a stop payment will protect you since another check is generated by them through their software and printer so they can still pull money directly from your bank account at will, unbelievable. In this case (please verify with your own bank) you will either need to open a new checking account and close the old checking account they are taking cash from or threaten/take legal action if the company does not stop.

This was emailed to the Ron Faulkner Lotto Pro Alliance today, Margaret’s home phone number was removed for obvious reasons.

Margaret O. Jones, Lotto Pro ID# 100725 has asked me to contact you by email since her calls to reach you by phone have been unsuccessful.

Ms. Jones has attempted to cancel her membership in Lotto Pro Alliance by calling the number provided, but was unable to reach anyone at your company. Her computer is in the shop for repair, thus she is asking us to relay this message on her behalf.

After she was unable to talk with anyone at Lotto Pro, Ms. Jones also placed a stop payment order with her bank on the initial paper check #2113 she sent to you with her original application. She has since learned that although the payment was stopped on her first check, your company took the liberty of issuing another draft on her account (check #11319 created by you) for the amount of $39.95.

Ms. Jones insists that you to immediately terminate her membership in Lotto Pro Alliance and immediately return the funds ($39.95) that were drafted from her bank account without proper notification or authorization.

You may contact Ms. Jones by phone at (phone number deleted for post). Please call to notify her when this matter has been rectified or if you have any questions.

I found out that some of the other people involved with Lotto Pro Alliance include Lou Pacheco (Marketing President), James Telegedy (Founders Team), and Wayne Boehler (Founders Team) as officially listed on the LPA web site conference call page. I don’t know these other people but I assume they are at the top of the matrix also earning a good profit from the elderly. In this case it’s the smart and strong ones taking advantage of the weak and unknowing, what a mess.

If you have problems with Lotto Pro, I suggest you post them here and let other people know. I’m convinced LPA is not about Colorado lottery or Powerball lottery ticket pools for the members (no lottery numbers are issued to the members) as much as a system to funnel free money to Mr. Faulkner and his friends.

Just so you know I checked with the Colorado lottery commission and the Powerball lottery commission and could not get verification from either that Lotto Pro Alliance has authorization to use their names on the LPA web site or the brochures the members are mailing out. Once the investigation is complete there’s the very good chance that the use of those trademarked names will have to be removed from the LPA web site and brochures which means if you bought any brochures recently it would be a good idea to get a refund soon before they become expensive and useless pieces of paper to you.
