Mannatech announced that litigants in purported class action lawsuits filed a consolidated amended complaint on Friday, March 3, in keeping with a court-imposed deadline. It is important to note that the filing of this complaint is a routine development in the securities class action lawsuits filed last year against the company and some of its officers and/or directors. The lawsuits filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico were disclosed to investors in Mannatech’s Form 10-Q for the period ending June 30, 2005 and in each subsequent period.
