Welch Carnival this year sports a March Madness theme with games, food, premium prizes and a "Chinese" raffle featuring many items donated by area businesses that support our schools.New this year to Welch Carnival is the "Mom’s Retreat from March Madness:" A quiet, separate, no-children-allowed space devoted to Moms (or Dads) who need a break.
This area will feature a licensed massage therapist, and the opportunity to shop with Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, a Scrapbook Supply representative, and more.
