Reliv International, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and marketer of a proprietary line of nutritional supplements addressing basic nutrition, specific wellness needs, weight management and sports nutrition, today announced its results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2006.
Reliv set records both for net sales and net income in a single quarter. The company reported an 8 percent gain in worldwide net sales to $31.2 million — up from $29.0 million in Q1 2005. Net income increased 19 percent to $2.45 million, or $0.15 per share (diluted) — compared to $2.06 million, or $0.12 per share (diluted), in the same period last year.
