UpdateBioperformance Shut Down By Texas Attorney General - Click For Latest News

The product simply does not work according to this report…

A NBC News report from the affiliate in Orlando, FL states that the BioPerformance product is nothing but mothballs and coloring. Watch the following video from the NBC affiliate in Orlando, Florida.

Watch the NBC Show

NBC conducted a complete and scientific test. Key Points:

* Dr. Kevin Bellfield, Chemist, University Central Florida (UCF) and Dr. Bob Hoekstra, UCF conducted irrefutable tests. Both gentlemen are experts in their respective field.
* Multiple tests were done, without BioPerformance, to establish base-line for the car being tested.
* Per BioPerformance instructions, a “booster shot” was given to the car and they ran “4 tanks” of gas through the car before they took it back to the shop for bench (tread-mill) testing.
* Over 10 bench tests were conducted with the BioPerformance product, even after the car had been conditioned with 4 booster shot tanks of gas, and still the product showed NO increase in mileage.

A “bench” test totally eliminates all the variables of driving conditions.

The chemical analysis of the product clearly shows it is the “Toxic” substance Naphthalene, which has been determined to be a cancerous. You can be exposed to this by inhaling, ingesting, or through absorption into the skin by handling. BioPerformance and possibly Independent Distributors may be subject to “legal” action or claims by their customers for exposing them to a toxic chemical.

Do not trust a company that will not take credit cards. Do not trust a company that doesn’t reveal the identity of the ISO9000 labs that tested their product. Do not trust company executives that run away from reporters.

All I have to say is that, in a group of 6 of my friends and I, we have all seen anywhere from 10-35% increase in gas mileage. I think that I will weather the storm, since lies will not last against the facts.

  • Ben Gomm on May 18th, 2006 at 5:23 pm

I am stunned at the spin going on. I personally have 7 vehicles using BioPerformance.

My worst record is a 1990 econoline van (F150). It has increased 14.4%

My best has been my 2002 Honda Shadow American Classic. On my 7th, 8th and 9th treated tanks it was an increase of 44%.

I am using in in the following with success:

    1990 F-150 econoline
    1990 F-250 extended cab
    1990 F-250 regular cab
    2004 Toyota Camry
    2002 Honda 750
    1995 F-250 power stroke
    2003 Bob Cat skidster
and my children’s cars and pickups.

We have had no negative experiences.

This makes it very hard to believe any negative comments I read.

The fact that the (left wing) media and powerful oil companies and states are fighting it, adds a testimony to me of it’s legitimacy.

To me, the proof in in my billfold personally!!!!!

My husband spent over $500 to become an “Area Manager” with BioPerformance on 3/31/06. They also deducted an “Autoship” payment from our bank acct for $58 that day. On 4/31/06 they took another “Autoship” payment from our bank acct! As of 5/16/06 we have NEVER received one ounce of ANY kind of product from them and sent a CERTIFIED letter demanding they CANCEL our membership, REFUND us in FULL for ALL monies paid them IMMEDIATELY! They have NO integrity and we cannot in good conscience recommend them to ANYONE! We just found out today about the Atty Gen for the State of Texas freezing thier assets… Probably a cold day you-know-where before we will ever recieve our money…. Live and learn and EDUCATE everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Toyota 1984 1 ton pickup and a 1992 Ford Explorer. I am on my 4th tank of gas with each with the double dose booster and have seen no improvement. I ordered an additional supply of pills $200) on 4/6/06. They took my money on 4/7/06 and I still do not have the pills (5/19/06). Call me a fool, I plan to keep trying the product in the hopes that eventually I will get a svings. I am incouraged by Ben Gomm’s testony.

I have my product kit and I have an initial mileage increase of 10% on my first tank despite an even heavier foot on the gas….I am Loving the performance in my ‘91 Park Ave Ultra with over 160,000 miles on her. She is acting like a colt!
I will continue to use all the product I have until this nonsense goes away. It seems obvious that there is “Someone” unhappy with the loss in their meager profit our fuel saving has already cost them.

I have had alot of people in this area try to sell me on the bioperformance pill. I do not know if it works but I do know that a attorney general would not shut down a company without cause. So maybe you should stop the crying and realize that You ,the happy little make money quick people, just got took. Every certified mechinic I have talked to says it does not work and it ruins your fuel pumps and fuel filters which is the only thing from getting to your engine. People who use the pill have to replace their fuel filter or pumps every 2000 miles this is not made up it is fact find out for yourselves. Also all of the belivers of the pill need to stop saying it”saves you money at the pump” Give Me a break all it does is add to my bottom dollar amount. Instead of buying a pill worth jack why don’t you buy a vehicle with better fuel milage. I will say this once so read carefully, most of You do not spend the time or energy to study out thing you want to be spoon feed ,give me my bottle people,. You want to make easy money and the worst part about it is all You see is dollar signs. It is a real shame a man of God took advantage of You by the way did you know Lowell Mims has had other mlms that have got shut down and sued by states look for yourselves. Not everyone who say amen qoutes a verse or preachs is from God do I need to remind You of Jim Jones are do you still like the taste of the kool aid.

  • V Lundrigan on May 20th, 2006 at 6:15 pm

I wonder if you make any more sense in person? “I do not know if it works”……Hmmmmmm “I will say this once so read carefully, most of You do not spend the time or energy to study out thing” Hmmmmm …….At least be consistant……

  • Nicky on May 21st, 2006 at 11:58 am

BioPerformance has worked for me. I save about 25% more on gas. The reporter should do more research on the product, before she opens her mouth. If you can save money on gas, why not?

  • Jamie on May 22nd, 2006 at 1:07 pm

For all of you that haven’t even TRIED it…get off your high horses! I did go buy a more fuel efficient vehicle to save money on gas. I went from an SUV to a 03 Honda Accord that I have been getting anywhere from 80-180 miles more per tank depending on how and where I was driving (and I am a speeder!)Plus my car has been running BETTER than before using the product! And as powerful as my imagination is-it can’t control my vehicle no matter how hard I try. Yes, It took awhile to get the product-6 weeks. But I have been getting paid on time. So if you are one of the people that are too scared to try anything new tell someone who cares! You have the right to remain broke and to keep complaining about the gas prices to anyone that will listen!

  • M Marshall on May 22nd, 2006 at 2:29 pm

I have to say You followers of the pill have drank the kool-aid. I am not sure why You can not say it does not work, or why you can not even say that all You were doing was signing people up to make money. It was not about the product it was about the people that is the only way you pill pushers made a dime. For the slow few that means you were trying to make a fast dollar and got caught. Let us revisit shall We, I do not know if the pill works, why? Because I am not a chemisty and a test on an 85 VW means jack to me. Perhaps You pill users can tell me the following. How many times have You replaced your fuel filter or pump since using the pill? I do know all the pill does is break down in the tank and become sludge.( let’s pause for the slow kids,….Okay I think they have caught up.) AG’s do not shut down business that have products that work, nor do the shut down legal mlms that give commissions on product. Why do I say this, because Bioperformance has a product that does not work according to the AG of Texas and bioperformance pays commisions on the people you sign up, not the product you sell. This part is for the pill pushers more states are looking into the bp scam. Yes, there will be more lawsuits filled against the company. Now what I am about to say well it makes Me smile. Some states are even considering taking action against the local reps. Thats right you kowningly sold a product and a mlm system that was a scam. That says it all, you little happy to make money quick people, any easy dollar made illegal will just get taken away. Thanks for showing people that wealth is not an overnight deal, and in case You need to make a little money, you know to pay back those you scammed after the AG’s have taken your assets, I offer this advice. Wal mart always needs door greeters always, Now why do I say Wal Mart? You can get a discount on the alpo You will be forced to eat, I am sure it will taste good you just have to belive.

    BioPerformance,

Kinda like the Da Vinci Code, some facts, but mostly fiction.

Fact: For A LOT of people this product does increase gas mileage.

What we need to look at is WHY?

If it is Moth Balls, it will increase gas mileage?

Remember that just because a product works it may NOT be good for the car.

We need to find out WHY IT WORKS?

Remember: Ephedra - it helped reduce weight, it WORKED. It just had a small side effect : it could cause a heart attack.

I’ve tried the product, it works. I just want to know why?

  • Jeff on May 22nd, 2006 at 9:46 pm

I am glad to see there are actually other people who are showing favorable results. I myself have used it in my 2 vehicles. My first 4 tanks in my 1997 Honda Accord had results between 6-10%. Tanks 5-7 have been about a 14% increase. My first 4 tanks in my 2002 Mercury Villager had results of 5-9%. I have not changed my fuel filters at this time, but may do so in the future. I am not wild about the results I have been getting so far, but they are positive results. I do know some people who have vehicles that do not get better mileage. I can not say what makes one car different from the next.

I have not signed up a single person at this point in time. Primarily, because I do not want to potentially lead them down the wrong path (not to mention the AG says I can’t sign them up now).

All I can say at this point is that it works for me, and if the Texas AG or someone else says I can not sell it, then I will use my remaining supply on my own personal vehicles.

In case anyone cares to know, here is how much I would save per bottle (40 pills) if I were to get an 11.5% increase and the average price per gallon is $2.75. $101.20 less the retail price of the pills $40 = $61.20 savings after purchase. If I do not sell a single pill or bring a single person into BioPerformance I will likely have a net savings of $700-800. At least I will not have 500 widgets lying around.

By the way, I do hope to make some money. I think that is obvious. I also consider myself to be a man of integrity. I hope my honesty will help some to consider both sides of this discussion.

Take care and do your research.

    Jeff from Cincinnati

I always wanted to know what was in the Bio Performance. I have used this stuff in appx. (8) vehicles. (2) of these got no better mileage. (4) got 2-3 more mpg, the other (2) got 5-8 more mpg. I know that some vehicles have carbeurators, some are fuel injected, some have different type setups and various oxygen sensors, etc., etc. that I’m told could effect different vehicles performances. This is not what I was excited about; the performance and power, as well as the better, quieter-sounding, smoother running engines was remarkeable. That was worth it all; whether I ever saved a dime on gas or diesel! I already spend like $200+ per month on additives to keep fuel lines and injectors clean on engines; basically preventative maintenance. I own a business and used it in other equipment as well; the workers noticed the power and better performance of weedeaters, chainsaws, ATV’s, mowers, etc. We literally tried it on everything! One day we put some in a diesel tractor before pulling the injector, like we normally would do, due to a bad miss in the injector making the engine run rough; within appx. 1 hour of idling it totally cleared up. This had never happened before using anything; and 2 mechanics witnessed this; before and after. I always have had problems getting this stuff. I could never figure why it was so hard to get the product to me or anyone else. I feared something strange was happening, due to the credit card changeover to the checks only system; however, I know from experience that people can buy stuff; and whether it works or not, stop payment easier on credit cards. We quit taking them in my business due to the fight to straighten things out and get it right; which we always did, but it took more time, effort and money than the amount we got back, and usually these people were usually a long way from us. Is’nt it strange they were never from the local area; always 500 miles or further. They knew you would have to spend money to fight them, and it did’nt cost them anyway. Other than what I was using; I gave all of my product away free as samples to folks, including relatives; never with any charge; as I did’nt want them mad if it did’nt work. Some of them later said it did’nt work, but sometimes while visiting their home, I would see a whole bottle, on like their refrigerator where they put it when I gave it to them, then they would say, well, I never got around to it, or I just used a little of it, but did’nt really notice anything different! The ones that used it extensively and stayed on it, all called me back with savings of 2 to 10 more mpg. I have all the names and phone numbers of these people. Most of them want more and cant get it; as they call me continuously! If this is a scam and only mothballs, I guess I need to go and get some from the grocery, especially from what I’ve seen; it sure would be cheaper and easier to get! I would still like to know the outcome of this regardless. Have’nt heard yet of any fuel pumps or filters needing to be changed? Just my 2 bits! The truth here!!!

We made our initial investment as a general manager on 3/31/06, and had an autodraft payment deducted again on 4/31/06. By 5/15/06 (6 WEEKS after our “sign-up”) we had NEVER received one ounce of product and sent a CERTIFED LETTER demanding CANCELLATION of our membership, a FULL refund, and a demand to CEASE & DESIST all future auto payments.

Two days later (5/17/06) the Atty Gen for the State of Texas slapped them with a restraining order.

Bioperformance REFUSED to sign for our CERTIFIED LETTER of cancellation and RETURNED TO SENDER!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone for any reason!!

Never mind whether this product works or not!!!!!! They have NO INTEGRITY!!!!!

  • Judy on June 15th, 2006 at 8:20 am

I became a distributor for BioPerformance and started using the product right away.
There was some delay on product delivery due to demand, but did eventually receive it as promised.
My 2003 Chevy S-10 started running smoother the first fill up, it was like new again. Smoother, peppier.
On the 5th fill up it gained 4 mpg. I did have to change the fuel filter my last oil change, the Chevy Service manager told me that should be done anyway and due to a cleansing agent like BP, good practice. He thought it was great stuff and asked to purchase some for himself, he knew exactly what it could do - totally understood and said it was good.

Since the stops on BP, I have been receiving emails from companies that sell fuel additives, saying, bring your downline to us! One of these emails stated they had already WON their lawsuit so they were safe now.

What gives on this? Is some oil company behind these lawsuits? Makes one wonder. Could one of these additives be owned by an oil company? I heard the Texas Atty. General filed this lawsuit personally! Huh? Is that true? Is it even legal?

I had the thought if BP was privately owned and doing well, growing fast and some oil company spent a little too much to reverse engineer this un patented product, (wanting to reproduce and sell their own of course) not finding anything because how do you reverse engineer an enzyme? It disappears upon combustion!

One of the oldest, nuttiest tricks I know of, is when someone wants to find out something, drag them into court and force them to “prove” it with an ingredient list. Knock them down with bad press. Meanwhile, they are out of business so you can promote your own. Just a thought……

As far as the investment goes, how many people do not use a product as suggested, and then say it doesn’t work. Quit, throw it all away and claim it was all bad and they are crooks.

  • V Lundrigan on July 14th, 2006 at 5:34 am

I have heard that the lawyers for BioPerformance have been changed and the credentials of the new ones are interesting to say the least……STAY TUNED….
