Bioperformance Founder Responds

BioPerformance™:

Dear BioPerformance Family,

Early this morning we became aware of a Temporary Restraining Order that has been filed in Civil Court against OUR Company. I say OUR because from humble beginnings you have helped grow BioPerformance. I have been blessed because of you.

We are right now working with OUR Attorneys to vigourously defend OUR Company. Over the next few days you will be hearing and seeing some negative press. When you are successful in your industry a lot of people take shots at you because they want to obtain the success that the BioPerformance family has created. Just like Amway, Herbalife and Mary Kay we will come out of this challenge stronger than ever!

I want to thank you again for all of your support during this time.

Sincerely,

Lowell Mims

    Re: Bioperformance ‘fraud’?
I appreciate the chance to set the record straight. Mind you, I only know from personal experience, which the Texas attorney general appears to have NONE with this product.
I am baffled by the results of the U of Central Florida’s “test.” This pill works on my car and a high percentage of those I KNOW who have tried it.
Do you mean to tell me that 50,000 plus distributors spent $500 on this product and are telling everyone about its wonderful results in spite of it being a total fraud?
If my car didn’t run to well and with such gas savings, there is no way I (or in my opinion, hardly anyone) would share this good news with others, on such a grand scale!(over 50,000 in 5 months.) Guess we’re all crooks and liars, who incidentally are getting around going more miles on less money, and saving the air at the same time. This product works, and every testimonial is notarized, unlike the “study.” Was it funded by Exxon?
Recent actions suggest even greater government complicity in our fuel ‘crisis.’ Bioperformance WORKS. That’s the bottom line.

    James,

Two independent labs in two separate states receently tested the product and got the same results.

And BTW, do some reserach on Mr. Mims. This isn’t the first MLM scam he’s been involded in either!

I am very upset about the false accusations that are being made towards BioPerformance. I have used the product since early March and have had nothing but great results with using BioPerformance. I have increased my mileage between 4 to 8 more miles per gallon depending on highway v.s. city driving and my pickup has never ran better. BioPerformance has proof by the ISO 9000 tests that have been done and have the Material Safety Data Sheets that state BioPerformance is safe. These allegations state the product does not work, it is an illeagal pyramid scheme,(which this marketing plan is no different from MaryKay, Pure Romance, Amway, and etc.) I wonder who may be behind these allegations? Possibly big oil companies? I hope there will be a HUGE PUBLIC APOLOGY and RETRACTION made by this wonderful Attorney General of Texas.

I found this article to be the most insightful article yet about the whole MLM industry and BioPerformance in particular. I am a BP Area Manager and will be promptly submiting my letter of resignation next week, regardless of the litigation outcome - this company has been effectively killed.

Bioperformance does not work … it has hurt our 98 Chrysler Town and Country and personally I think they should be litigated. We submitted our resignation in March … kinda got tired of my fingers smelling like mothballs too.
I sent a letter out to everyone including friends and family … Gil Browne my upline etc.
Take care of your engine … change your oil … watch your tires and use quality gas. This equalls better gas milage.
Doesnt BP realize that good milage is relative to the weather wind etc etc?
Fraud … and take it from a distributor like myself who not only tried it in a van but a wrangler jeep as well
    JUNK!!!!
