I have been doing a little digging into Bioperformance. Before I tell you what I found, I am going to give you my opinion about whether or not to attempt to weather the storm presented by the Texas Attorney General.
If I was looking at Network Marketing as a long term economic solution, I would run far away from Gas Additives, Gas Powders, and Gas Pills. The Bioperformance leadership will attempt to rally the troops by saying that it is “us vs. them”. They will say things like, “big oil is after us” and “the liberal media wants to squash our success”. But the reality is Bioperformance is in big trouble and the other gas additive companies will feel the heat as well. The other companies may scoop up some of the Bioperformance distributors in the short term, but in the long run, they will run into the perception of “gas pills = scam”, whether true or not.Â
I am not against Bioperformance, as a matter of fact, I have built a nice friendship with someone who is involved, even giving him a couple of leads that came across my desk. That said, I am not here to dance around the truth while painting a rosy picture of Network Marketing for the masses.
Here are two questions you need to answer before moving forward with Bioperformance (if it survives):
1. Is Bioperformance Toxic? (Possible Answers Here at MLM Blog)
2. Has Lowell Mims, President of Bioperformance ever had a run in with an Attorney General Before? (More from MLM Blog)

Here is my understanding of what’s happening……
Of the hundreds of products out there….we have been the standard for 18 years……we never patented our product because in the patent application, you have to reveal what is in your product…..Our chemists completely understand that you can’t reverse engineer and enzyme…..our product is 3 enzymes and a catalyst…….that has frustrated hundreds of companies that have tried to capitalize on our success.
In the laboratory test from UCF and others by the AG in Texas…..they’ve attempted to reverse engineer the product to see what’s in it and all they can come up with is naphthalene (a main ingredient in moth balls and toilet bowl cleaner)….actually it’s napthalates which is not in either of those 2 products. Only one atom separates naphthalene from napthalate so that’s where the confusion lies.
The water we drink today H2O is only one atom away from just being H2 or hydrogen….it’s chemistry.
When the product gets tested as it has been for years by ISO 9000, competitors, potential competitors, etc….but they only come up with the same conclusion….napthalate (which they keep mistaking for naphthalene)….and some “other ingredients. Here’s why…….the enzymes disappear because………big drum roll here……YOU CANT REVERSE ENGINEER AN ENZYME…..THEY DISAPPEAR !!!!!!!! All that is left is the catalyst…naphthalene.
Of course you can back out…our God given right in the US is freedom of choice. I wish I could share with you all that I know but please take a moment to think about the upside when this ship gets righted.
Why didn’t they go after our competition?…..because there aren’t any real ones. The two other in network marketing both claim a whopping 7% increase….whoo-hoo. There have been many that have tried over the past 18 years…..there are many on the store shelves in auto parts stares….many again claiming a 2.3% increase…..none really a threat to “Big Oil….I believe they think if they get the standard….if they get the big gun, the rest will fall easily. Nobody grew like us…ever wonder why?
Do you think they would be coming after us if ours didn’t work?
