I am a distributor for FFI. So far I am very glad I choose them over some of the competition. One of the companies is in some big trouble and another doesn’t seem to be as legitimate as they claim to be. FFI however is doing all it can to keep their noses clean. They offer a product without making an overstated claim, they keep themselves in the public eye for scrutiny and haven’t allowed themselves to get into unnecessary battles with their rivals. My rating for FFI is A+++
Professor Patrick Moriarty on June 25th, 2006 at 6:38 pm
I joined FFI on 5/8/06. Paid a total of $256.00. I did not receive my product or start up kit. Then the company took $56.00 out of my checking account on 6/8/06 and still I did not get any product. I sent notice to the company to cancel my membership due to the inablilty to ship me product. They agreed and refunded the $56.00 but never the $256.00. So I now filed a complaint to the Florida and Missouri Attorney General. There is already an investigation going on in the State of Florida by the Attorney General. It is listed on their site.
Since the company would not send me any product initially I paid an additional $156.00 to purchase 70 tablets in order to run my own tests before I got too involved in this program during the month of May. I used these 70 tablets to test 7 vehicles in Missouri and California (three gas vehicles and four diesel trucks) according to the FFI instructions. All the test showed an initial improvement but then showed no improvement over a longer period of time and most of them showed less mpg than the vehicles were getting before any usage. This was a controlled test.
The pill sounds good but it did not work for me. There may be a good reason why the pills did not work. I have my suspisions. It may be that it is completely out of the company’s control and the answer lies within the vehicles themselves. But the company should certainly be aware of this.
The fact the company takes money and does not deliver product for long periods of time is an indication of cash flow problems (not production problems).
The fact the company will not refund money for no product delivery is another red flag.
I was really hoping this company and its product would be a gas saver and allow everyone to make big bucks. But evidently it is not.

I recall there was a production promblem that has since been resolved. I do find it odd that they wouldn’t return your money. THeir policy is to give you a thirty day return period. I haven’t heard of anyone else having to do a return with them. Please keep us informed as to what all came about with this.

I don’t know what Professor Patrick Moriarty problem is, but I took my car on vacation this week and got 86 miles from a tank of gas with the pills, then I did 2 tank fulls ago. I think thats pretty good. I think he had other problems with his vehicles. I am very satified with the product

As has been mentioned, the distribution problem as been eliminated. One thing that fails to register with most skeptics of this product is the fact that there is a huge environmental benefit which I think outweighs the increase in mileage and performance one will see if they use the MPG-CAP as recommended. I strongly urge anyone remotely interested in finding out more to do so, there are several benefits to using the product and the financial possibilities as a distributor are huge!

I got started in may of 2006 and did not get product until June because The company was growing so fast that orders where not able to be shipped for a long period of time. What a problem to have!!! I am doing business in 5 continites at this time and my car went from 24.5 mpg to 32.3 mpg. I guess it is true you can’t make everyone happy, FFI is sure making me happy !!!! My product comes in 3 business days every month at auto ship time. Thanks Randy & Wendy.

I am from Malaysia and was recently introduced to this product. Came to Australia recently and was priviledged to be at the Australian Pre-launch event. Humbled to know that the founders Ray and Wendy are very down to earth people. I have tested this product, it worked in my car, it worked in my dad’s car and also in the cars of people whom i passed to product to sample. No doubt there was initial problems with shipping, and even some commission payment problem, i’ve been receiving my back cheques and i have full confidence in this company after having done 5 days of research on this company before making an informed decision. Like any company that is launched recently, hiccups are expected and i would that that FFI has done a fairly good job to overcome all the obstacles faced. I’m sorry if your experience wasn’t as pleasant but sometimes, patience and giving this company a few more chances might well pay off. Cheers.

Can some one assist me with hooking up with a distributor that can put me through the process of becoming an FFI registered distributor? I’d appreciate it a lot. Thanks!
Whit Whitten on July 28th, 2007 at 9:05 pm
Efe, did someone give you an answer? I found a great distributor by accident, someone I know from another business we both promote.
I was doing my research when I found this site. Great concept! It looks like the professor who had problems was one of those who inevitably slip through the cracks. Sooner or later, you can always find a few people who’ve had problems with a product or business. In the case of FFI as presented on this website, it seems things are running normally.
Anyone else have any issues?

I am one my 4th tank of gas using the MPG caps, so far have seen modest increases in milage, from an average of 26 mpg to an average of 29 mpg, one interesting note, the car seems to be running better, more power and runs smoother. So far so good, at least at this point, I plan on running at least three more tanks before comming to a final conclusion, I am a firm believer in testing products before promoting them.
