One thing both sides agree on is that the pills netted the company more than $25 million in five months. It’s what happened to the money that’s in question.
Bio Performance president Lowell Mims, also a north Texas pastor, remained consistent about his company’s intentions. Our dream and goal has been to have a profitable and successful company that would be the best in the multi-level marketing, network marketing industry.
Mims and Vice-president Gustavo Romero lead Bio Performance into unprecedented success with a pill said to improve a car’s gas mileage.
The Texas Attorney General’s Office maintains the company sold a fake product through illegal means. Bank records reveal that Mims and Romero together made between $9 and $10 million.
The state maintains that money was transferred from a corporate account to personal accounts, when officials began to investigate.

It is stated that Lowell Mims is a pastor – he is NOT a pastor, he is a preacher. Pastors preach, but not all preachers pastor. Anyone who ceases to preach the gospel and preaches about a product is not a preacher any longer as well. I am a pastor, and I do not want this calling denigrated or caused to look guilty by association with such goings on. It may be semantical, but it matters to me!
