“To be in step this season, you have to remember four things,” reveals Cournan. “First, belts are bold. Whether they’re woven or smooth, chained or tasseled, belts are hotter than ever. Second, handbags are big. You just can’t get one that’s big or wide (east/west) enough. Third, necklaces are long — long enough to double, even triple up. And finally, chandelier earrings complement any look.”
