Baby Boomers who are retiring or thinking about it have plans. Not the typical ideas that used to come to mind with retirement. Many are also retiring much YOUNGER. A somewhat focused group, they seem to have had other aspirations, however they put first things first.
My experience with the boomers in our business has been great. When they have questions, they ask them, and they understand their part. Easy combination to work with.
