Scent Sells Partylite Candles

October 17, 2006 by Ty | 2 Comments

Leah Moore, PartyLite representative agrees the scent sells the candles.

“People purchase candles by the scent long before the color or shape, said Moore. “The type of scent is usually determined by the season. Apple-cinnamon, pumpkin and vanilla sell best in the winter months, while lighter fruitier scents sell in spring and summer.

Although the majority of people purchase a candle by its scent, to some the scent is the least attractive part of a candle.
