The Pampered Chef Leases 265,000 sq/ft. in Illinois

The Pampered Chef has signed a 10-year, 265,000-square-foot lease at the Swift Center I with developer, IDI. The Center is located on Meadow Lane in Addison, IL. NAI Hiffman’s industrial brokerage group executive vice president Anthony J. Burns and executive vice president John F. Cash represented both tenant and developer. Tom George and Jeff Lanaghan directed the project for IDI. The new pre-cast building, Swift Center I, features 36’ clear ceiling heights, an ESFR sprinkler system and is situated on 14 acres of land. Kajima Construction Services is the General Contractor of the building which was completed in September 2006. The new building provides additional distribution capacity for The Pampered Chef, which took occupancy in early October 2006, augmenting its 790,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and distribution center located across the street.
