Four former Amway Corp. Asian subsidiary investors have not given up on their claim that Alticor Inc. President Doug DeVos, Chairman Steve Van Andel, and former President Dick DeVos helped cheat them and others out of $1 billion seven years ago.

Chicago attorney Clinton Krislov has filed an appeal with Michigan Supreme Court on behalf of former Amway Asia Pacific shareholders Nancee and Donald Turnwall, of Irons, local attorney Robert Wardrop II and Texas resident Mark Metro.
