There are so many parallels between athletics and network marketing, allow me to share just one.I remember when I was younger watching “Michael Jordan’s Playgound” - probably one of my first experiences that I remember “studying” motivational materials at the age of about 10.
He was referring to his *zone* and how when he gets into his zone the basket is 10-feet wide and he just can’t miss - he is in the flow, doing his thing on an almost subconsious level. He spoke about his pregame visualization techniques, and how he plays the game in his head long before it is played on the court. How he dribbles against a certain defender, and actually seeing himself “live” in his mind. WOW - I didn’t quite get it then (hey, I was only 10, gimme a break!), but now it makes total sense.
