MLM Requires Consistent Effort

Building an MLM organisation requires consistent effort. It also requires teaching the people you recruit to do the same thing. I found that this meant a lot of work from the leader, and although you can train many others, it does not mean that they can train like you did. For me, this became an issue - I was training others, however not many of these people did the same thing. It was at this time that I started to explore the internet in search of an additional way to recruit and train people. One of the first things that I came across was the amazing training that is now available because of the internet technology, and the ease of communication across the globe.
