An Australian marketing company has agreed not to distribute or sell products in Australia and New Zealand that infringe on Mannatech’s patented glyconutrient technology.
Pro-Ma Systems Pty Ltd has agreed not to distribute three nutritional products — AG8, Premium AO with AG8 and Essentials with AG8. The company also agreed to destroy any promotional materials that refer to the three products and the term ‘glyconutrients.’
