A home-based business fair was set up at the Legion with 22 vendors participating from Lacombe, Ponoka, Clive and Red Deer.
“We had such a great turnout,� said Terra Wood, who launched her business, Arbonne International, 10 months ago.
She added the opportunity gave these businesses much needed exposure.
“It’s excellent because it’s local people coming in. There are lots of people that you know but they do not know what you do.�
