Updated Post: The overwhelming number of success stories and the incredible business growth of Isagenix disproves Francis Berg’s claim that Isagenix belongs on a “Worst Diet List.” The world leader in nutritional cleansing points to broad press highlighting succes stories such as the 100 Pound Club, Kim Olson, David Starbuck, “Fight Rider” George Ledbetter, and MSU Basketball Head Coach, Craig Carse.
Another reason Isagenix has so much credibility is the willingness of high profile names to attach themselves to nutritional cleansing and family-safe nutritional supplements.
Jack Canfield, America’s Success Coach and NY Times best-selling author, is widely known for his Chicken Soup For The Soul Series and remains a powerful supporter of Isagenix Products and Programs. After losing 33 pounds using the Isagenix Cleansing and Fat Burning System, Jack has this to say: “I’ve been so impressed with what Isagenix has done for my life, the life of my family, and the lives of my friends, that I decided to write a Chicken Soup for the Soul book just for Isagenix. It’s called Chicken Soup for the Healthy Soul and it’s comprised of stories of people’s success with Isagenix Products.”
Another globally known relationship guru and best-selling author, Dr. John Gray, partnered with Isagenix for his Mars Venus Wellness Solution. “I found Isagenix and I couldn’t believe the superior benefits that I got from it. Immediately, it started producing the brain chemistry of health, happiness, and increasing romance—and this is what my field was all about. I personally endorse [Isagenix].”

My mother is a registered nurse who started using the Isagenix Cleanse mid-October, 2006.
She has lost over 30 pounds and her cholesteral and tryglycerides have both fallen significantly.

Wow, I lost 40lbs in 6 weeks following the program, my wife went from a size 9 to a 6 in 9 days. What’s more I’ve kept it off for almost 4 years. A 16 year old employee lost over 110lbs. in 9 months. Extremely reputable Dr.s, nutritionist and authors have had great success with the program. Sounds like someones personal failure is being directed elsewhere.
Terri on February 2nd, 2007 at 12:09 am
I have to agree, Brian! Sounds like a bitter person to me, as well!
While I wasn’t sure I was going to do the business, I knew I wanted to be healthy! And to lose weight! I did so–and fast! Naturally, people wanted to know what I did! It’s great to help people, and I feel good doing so!
We wouldn’t have so many authors and health professionals endorsing our products if they didn’t do as promised!
Dr. Robert Bean on February 17th, 2007 at 6:49 pm
We have had this product in our office for our patients for the last year and the health benefits to our practice members has been nothing short of amazing. Those who try to debunk the results are simply uneducated on the products and basic human physiology.
Sandy on February 28th, 2007 at 2:27 pm
I have been on the Isagenix program for 3 weeks and I have had great results. I have had a restored amount of energy and have lost 22″ overall. I also put my 18 year old daughter on the program and she is doing great!!! I think there will always be sour apples in a trunk full of sweet ones!
Jen on March 3rd, 2007 at 6:08 pm
I tried Isagenix for two months and the net weight loss (after immediately regaining 4 pounds after stopping the program) was only 9 pounds.
The lack of scientific information given to distributors is alarming. Exactly what is being cleansed? What toxins are being removed from the body? What is the chemical process involved in the detoxification?
I signed up thinking that these questions would be quickly and easily answered in time. Unfortunately, I was naive in thinking that there were any answers. Isagenix probably does work for some, but I believe that it merely serves as a catalyst for living a lower calorie lifestyle. There are much easier, cheaper ways to do this.
Almost anyone could lose 110 pounds in nine months if they stick to an 1100 calorie/day diet, as dictated by the program.
Buyers, please beware. You’re likely to spend hundreds of dollars and come out feeling foolish.

I have been on Isagenix for 3 weeks and have lost 23 pounds. My blood pressure is 120/80 (perfect) and may heart rate went down to normal.
I know many people that have been on Isagenix for almost a year and they are all doing excellent health wise.
In my opinion this guy is either misinformed or lying. Take your choice.
Sandy on March 18th, 2007 at 11:44 pm
There is so much snake oil out there that when something real comes along people can’t believe it, especially the science types, who just want to “debunk” everything that isn’t expressly medical. I lost 10.5 lbs. in 9 days. I bounced up two lbs. and have stabilized for another week or two, but I’ve eliminated the weight gain I was suffering with, and when I’m ready (and stop with the emotional eating!) I’ll be ready for another serious go at it–as it is, I’m still easily under 1,500 calories a day, and not even exercising (which I should). The guy who sold it to me lost ten lbs., and the one who sold it to him lost 40 in four months. His friend lost 70. Whoever doesn’t understand about toxins is just uninformed. We’re DELUGED by 3,000 new chemicals a year, xenoestrogens in the plastics in our water bottles and food wrappings, pesticides, preservatives, etc., etc. As to the prior person’s comment, we don’t even understand the mechanism that the liver detoxifies, or how the body heals, because medicine doesn’t care about that–it’s just a life process. Not to say I wish they didn’t offer clearer info, including what all these super-nutrients are, but I feel GREAT on them, better even than juice-fasting, and lose a lb. a day when I apply myself with any effort. The appetite suppressant benefits are huge relief, too.
Lisa Lomas on March 21st, 2007 at 4:48 pm
There is always going to be unsubstantuated moaners.
Toxins are real and those that go around blindy thinking they are invincable are more naive that thought.
best way to have a say is try it and do it properly if it does not work after giving it a good go then comment. As I see you did not even do this as you wished to pick it to peices. so jen did not follow the maintenance for life, she does not knowwhat she is missing and I would hate to think how poorly she eats if this is the case. …never mind her loss, she is just making way for us practical learners.,
Frank on March 24th, 2007 at 1:14 pm
First of all, I think mot of us do need to detox. If you eat at McDonalds then I guarantee they are ‘toxing’ you so you should probably also spend some time ‘detoxing’.
That being said, the main benefit I’ve found from the Isagenix program is the shakes. Unlike slim fast these things really fill me up and I like the way they taste.
If I have one in the morning I’m often not too hungry until 1pm … I used to eat a big breakfast and then a big lunch by 11:30am.
Everyone I know who has tried it has lost weight.
So you can call it a scam but it’s not a scam if it works.
Jo-Ellen on March 27th, 2007 at 11:25 am
I’ve been doing the 30-day cleanse and after only 4 days on the program I lost 5 lbs and 9.5 inches. I have energy, I am sleeping better, and I feel good. I have eliminated my daily multi vitamin because I don’t need it anymore – it’s all in the shakes, etc. I do still take my GLA’s. I hardly exercise, but I find that I am more inclined now and that I have the stamina to stick with it. I am enjoying the fact that my pants aren’t so snug and that I’m taking good care of myself.
There will always be naysayers – the best advice I can offer is to try it for yourself. Even a 9-day cleanse is a small enough investment in your health to make it worthwhile.
Matt Edwards on March 29th, 2007 at 9:28 pm
Naysayers…remember this everytime you feel you need to knock something that is awesome. ” The person with the experience is never at the mercy of a person with a theory”. Spend time being more proactive rather than reactive. This Isagenix program works and works BIG if you follow the directions but of course we Americans feel like we always have to cut the corners because we want it now. Ive been on Isagenix now thru one 9 day cleanse and now doing another 9 day to reach my goal weight. Ive been heavy most of my life and now have lost 17 pounds and 7 inches and like many others…not lithargic,, full of energy, better clarity of mind, better attitude and Ive not found NOTHING that works as Isagenix. Remember that name naysayers…because sooner or later it will be in your positive vocabulary again, and again and again. Do your do diligence…ignorance is the lack of knowledge. What price for good health? If you’re not cleansing frequently, I dont care how healthy you “think” you are…you’re not! Here’s a dare. Go get yourself a complete physical, blood workup, the works. Get on a 30 day cleanse. Get another physical, blood workup, the works.
Your doctor will flip!
Last word on this is… If you don’t have your health…you don’t have anything!
Jason on April 1st, 2007 at 12:08 pm
I’ve witnessed first hand the results of this program. I just received my 30 day in the mail and I’m psyched to start. My friend who did the program is so much healthier and happier. I guess you have to use the program to understand it.
GENE on April 1st, 2007 at 7:58 pm
I am on day 8 on the program. I have lost 9 lbs and to me that is great. I feel that Isagenix is a great program and the shakes taste great and are very filling.
Denise on April 4th, 2007 at 6:52 pm
I’m just starting…can I use a bar in place of a shake when not available to mix one up?
Oleana on April 5th, 2007 at 5:48 pm
Isagenix is not the silver bullet but it does take the cake on having the best promotional abilities so it gets the most attention. There are plenty of reputable companies out there doing the same thing such as Blessed Herbs but without the hype. I have found this to be an overpriced program with results that can be achieved through a program for half the price and without the networking association.

“The detox idea is seemingly the perfect scam” really??? Ok DR..oh your not a DR?? I would have never guessed
Hi,
I will start off by saying, yes I am a Isagenix associate…and I am a little upset with the misleading information above?? Does ANYONE actually ..I mean really look at a product before bashing it? I have lost over 25lbs on Isagenix and have not gained any back..cannot say that for other so called diets I have tried in the past…in fact I have talked to many individuals that have had excellent success with Isagenix…obviously everyone will not share the same results…but to bash something you probably have not even tried..actually i am 100% sure you ha vent is very irresponsible.
I have a isagenix review page that gives great detail and information for anyone looking to make there own decision on Isagenix

Seriously, this is not working at all. I am on day 7, no change, no weight loss, no energy gain. The juice days were hell, especially at work.
Are you guys on the same Isagenix as I am?
Brandon Youngblood on April 17th, 2007 at 2:01 am
I have not met a person who has failed at isagenix when doing it correctly. I lost 33 lbs in a month. and my mom lost 28. Everyone I know looses a ton of weight and inches on the program. the only ones who don’t are the ones who work out a ton when they do the cleanse which counter acts the process. Take it easy on the cleanse with the exercise. And someone needs to tell people that the smaller they are, the smaller the numerical results will be, but the health is there. This is a miraculous product. I am sure you could say that it works for some and not others, but after 3 months of being around the business, I have yet to hear a failure story from someone who did it right.
Stacey on April 18th, 2007 at 9:49 am
Tanya, dont mean to be rude, but there is no way that you could not have lost any weight in 7 days if you are following the diet…no way. I lost 7lbs in the first 2 days aftet the cleanse days…granted it was allot of water weight, and after the next day i was down a total of 5lbs in 3 days, and after 9 days i was down 18lbs. My mom lost over 12lbs in 9days, my sister lost 15lbs, and 2 co-workers have just started the diet, and both are down 4lbs after 3 days, after losing 7lbs in the first 2 days.
Obviously you are not following the diet, and i understand because it is hard…but it does work.

Tanya,
Have you followed the program without cheating? I lost 5lbs after the first 2 cleansing days….and a total of 10lbs in 9 days. I cheated a bit, but for the most part followed the program strictly. It is not a easy program, but followed correctly you should lose weight.

I started on isagenix in August of 2002 and in my first 9 days i lost 19lbs and 22 inches and went on to lose 105 lbs in just 6 months and have kept the weight of now for over 4 yrs it has changed my life. The isagenix program works and is a very forgiving program also if you fall off you get right back on and keep on losing the lbs.I have also done very well in the isagenix buisness program. see all about Isagenix at http://www.bdonamission.isagenix.com
Emma on April 23rd, 2007 at 12:07 pm
If this product is so amazing why does it need to be sold via “networking”? A wise business man once told me, “if someone is asking you to buy a “system” to make money, why aren’t they doing it for themselves?” Basically all MLM’s are over priced. That is how everyone gets paid. If all that was cut out then the products would be sold for their true value. Oleana is correct, there are cheaper ways/products to acheive the same benefits. Like Avon v. Arbonne. With Avon you don’t need a downline, upline or sideways line to make money. Sell a product and make a profit end of story.
Isagenix is not about the product they are ALL about the networking. They do not provide enough scientific information on their products, not enough blind studies, who the hxxx cares what some author thinks about it. that is the big claim to fame. sadly.
I am so sick of my “friend” pushing this on me it has changed our relationship, she is only interested in me selling to others, not about whether it is something good for them. Not everyone NEEDS it.
mb on April 27th, 2007 at 4:01 pm
I’m planning to try this. Are there any side effects I should know up front? Head aches, strange bowel movements, anything like that? I just want to mentally be prepared.
Karen on April 27th, 2007 at 7:45 pm
I just started my 9 day program and if I lose any weight, oh well. Yes, I happen to be one of those. I eat everything I can (everything that is that does not contain grains, starches, sugar, dairy, caffiene, or alcohol). I know that doesn’t leave much, but I am very healthy. Even so, I feel increased energy on Isagenix…I’m just a little concerned about the dairy.
JANE on April 27th, 2007 at 10:26 pm
This Isagenix is a scam. Bin There and Tried it.
Dr. you are a true hero. Keep this in front of the public. Thank you for your site. Isagenix stinks with a capital S
JANE on April 27th, 2007 at 10:34 pm
So why is everyone going after the benefits of Isagenix on your site? Is this actually a site for Isagenix? Never seen so much backup for the system. Dr. give me a response. No one but me refuted it. Why? If you have no negatives, then what is the problem? Help!
Kia on April 30th, 2007 at 9:22 pm
Emma…I’m sorry your friend is pushing it on you. She shouldn’t be. The product sells itself. I’ve been on Isagenix since January 07 and have lost 20 pounds and feel great. I used to be a size 8, now I wear a size 2. I never planned on getting in the “business” side, I already have my own business. But so many people have asked me about it without me “pushing” it, that I now make a very small monthly commission. Everyone I have signed up (with the exception of one who did not do the program correctly) has had great success. I feel like I’m helping people, not scamming them. Jane, your vagueness in “bashing” this product is more suspicious than all the positive and DETAILED comments otherwise. Be more specific…why does it “stink”, why is it a scam? If you don’t explain, no one will take you seriously.
Kia on April 30th, 2007 at 9:33 pm
Emma, one more thing. Isagenix *is* about the product…not the networking. Everyone who is involved in the business side is also a faithful consumer. That is because the products work. Furthermore, you don’t have to get into the business side to get the products. None of the people I’ve signed up have gotten into the business side of it…they’re just regular consumers of the product.
Personally, I think the business setup is pretty ingenious. Why should they follow any other business model when this one is working wonders? It’s like an employee-owned company, and every employee is in the marketing department.
Regarding price, that is relative and subjective. I think the price I pay is peanuts compared to the health benefits I’m receiving. I’m also buying less groceries and eating out less often. And, compared to other dietary supplements found at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, they’re really not that much more expensive.
I think your friend has negatively influenced you. Shame on her.
Larry on May 8th, 2007 at 6:22 pm
I lost over 20 lbs. without any excersize and I feel great on the Isagenix products. I have also kept the weight off 1.5 years later. This guy is ignorant as he mentions diuretics which Isagenix is not.
debbie on May 10th, 2007 at 2:03 pm
My husband & I both started on January 8th 2007. He has lost 33 lbs, 35 inches and I have lost 21 lbs and 24 inches as of today. My husband is no longer snoring or usaing a sleep apnea machine, and I am no longer having heat stroke any time I move about. Isagenix has been wonderful for us, our skin is clearer and smoother, and we look and feel years younger.
Sorry you had a bad experieince, but if you were using the products correctly, you’d probably have had better results, or maybe you’d better get that thyroid checked as well; that could be athe problem.
Steve on May 12th, 2007 at 12:43 pm
I would like to reply to Emma’s comment about why Isagenix needs to be sold as an MLM. Yes Isagenix could just simply put the product on the shelf and sell it direct. But what better way to get a good thing out there than to have walking talking billboards in the form of successfull people. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Not only that, for those that think the product is too expensive, from calculating my grocery bill and along with the junk foods I used to buy, the 30 day program works out to about $11.00/day. In other terms, that is aproximately two cups of coffee at Starbucks or a couple of bags of potatoe chips with a large bottle of Coke. I personally chose to spend my $11.00 on Isagenix and be healthier. Selling the product and making a return also takes care of that for me. I don’t plan on becoming rich from selling it, just making enough to pay for my product monthly is good enough for me.
Trish on May 15th, 2007 at 10:13 pm
Has no one here heard of the Lemonade Diet? It’s the same thing as this except it’s much cheaper, you can buy the products yourself and will save money in the long run. It cleanses and purifies your system the same way and has the same results. Ever wonder how Hollywood stays in shape? Lemonade Diet!! You can do a quick search to find the recipe for the Lemonade Diet without having to pay any outrageous prices either, it can all be found in your grocery store.
The price are outrageous for Isagenix products, I won’t pay that type of money when I can save hundreds and still cleanse my body of it’s toxins and lose the weight that I need to.
Whenever you sart a weight loss program you should always check into other options to see what is available and Isagenix is preying on people that are looking for that magic lose weight pill/diet without checking thier options first.
The fact that they have a way for people to become associates of this business shows that they don’t truly care for the health of their customers, if they did, they surely woudn’t se it up that way, instead they would focus soley on what is needed to rid your body of the bad toxins. They just want your money and you all are giving it to them.
Funny.. on May 16th, 2007 at 12:15 am

First of all I am a proponent of cleasnsing and I have not even done Isagenix yet. I did the ‘Lemonade Diet’ this past fall, not for the purpose of losing weight but for the sole purpose of cleansing. It was extremely difficult, tedious and not fun at all. I didn’t get the energy boost as others had, etc, in fact I was sick over 5 days of the 7 day cleanse. What did happen though is that I went from 155 lbs to 139 lbs in those 7 days. I changed my eating somewhat, still don’t like those fruits and vegis. I had a ton more energy and just felt great overall. Recently I’ve been gaining a bit of weight and could still lose more, feeling more fatiged etc, I’m thinking it’s time for another cleanse. I really did not want to do the ‘lemonade diet’ again. So I will be doing the Isagenix this time around at least, besides truly the cost for Isagenix is very comparable to buying the ingredients for the ‘LD’. In addition my husband who is very overweight and has not had any real success with anything he’s tried will be doing the Isagenix program also. If it works as well as we’re hoping, believe me we will be sharing it with anyone who is looking for an alternative to what’s NOT been working for them.
Jane on May 22nd, 2007 at 12:13 am
Hey! Several people have asked what Isagenix is (herb, chemical, plant?)and what the progrm and side effects are ( urinaton, over active bowel ?) but NO ONE is answering the question. Why? What gives?
Krista on May 25th, 2007 at 1:39 pm
Terri on May 25th, 2007 at 2:50 pm
Jane,
The program feeds your body cleansing nutrients like aloe, herbal teas, vitamins, and ionic trace minerals. There is a special proprietary blend of more than 70 organic ionic trace minerals extracted from an ancient plant deposit by use of purified water and no heat.
NO chemicals are in this system.
NO harmful stimulants, no Ma-Huang, no Ephedra, and no added caffeine. It’s all natural and mostly organic. This is good, clean superfood.
Side effects vary depending on each individual, especially regarding one’s habits. If you drink a lot of caffeine (coffee, soda, etc.), you may experience a headache the first day or so. I know of many people on this system that don’t see many side effects at all. Headache is the most common one, which is temporary.
Most people think that with cleansing you are on the toilet all day with an overactive bowel. That doesn’t happen. However, you WILL urinate a lot–which is good! If you’re not, then you’re not drinking enough water. That’s always important to do, but especially on this system. It’s important to drink a lot of bottled water to flush out the chemicals and impurities while on this system.
I hope I helped to answer your questions. I’m sorry they weren’t answered before.
If you or anyone else has questions about Isagenix, feel free to email me or give me a call.
PS: They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Have a look at what Isagenix has done for me at http:/www.mybeforeafterpics.info . Anyone who thinks this system doesn’t work, is too high priced, or is a scam is simply wrong! I’ve lost 43 lbs and 54 inches on JUST this system with NO exercise! I feel fantastic!!

I would also like to know if there are any strange bowel movements, side effects, etc. I also noticed nobody seemed to be offering any insight or answers to those questions posed by others. I may not be against all of this like Jane is, but I do agree with her, nobody seems to be answering these questions. As I am currenlty seeking information about Isagenix or a similar cleansing product, I truly want to know these answers. Can anyone shed some light? Thanks!
Jessica on May 27th, 2007 at 1:25 pm
I just started the Isagenix. Seeing my mom and the way she looked after being on the Isagenix for a while convinced me. She is in her mid 50’s and I swear she now looks like she could be my sister (I’m 31). Her hair is growing like crazy, which she always struggled with before and her skin looks amazing. I was so shocked the last time I saw her that I asked her if she had plastic surgery! So, I decided to give it a try. BIG PROBLEM!: I cannot get the cleanse juice down! I barf it right up before I can even swallow all of it! I’ve tried mixing it with water, taking it straight….no go. My mom suggested mixing it with a shake. That worked (just this morning). So, I guess I can’t do the cleanse exactly how it’s supposed to be done. Anyone else have trouble drinking the cleanse?
Theresa Johnson on May 30th, 2007 at 8:01 am
The tropical cleanse taste better. I didn’t have any problem getting it down. I drank the 4 oz. of cleanse first then chased it down with 8 oz. of water.
I thought I would need the Isaflush because of the increase in protein but I didn’t. I increased my water intake as suggested.
Nothing but success on the program. lost 20 lbs. since April 10th. I did a 9 day cleanse to test the product… I was satisfied with my results so I started a 30 day cleanse at the end of April. I’m doing my 3rd cleanse starting June 7th. I also signed up for the autoship.
Shirley, RN on May 31st, 2007 at 9:14 am
Jessica: suggestion re cleanse juice-try tropical cleanse flavor – a bit milder and in my experience, less likely to provoke your reaction. go slower i.e., consider doing just a shake a day, plus Ionix, plus essentials, anti-oxidants for 28 days BEFORE trying primary cleanse-you’ll still be cleansing (from minerals in shake), losing weight and feeling great! (These items in Total Health & Wellness kit). We have had outstanding longlasting results with people using the TH&W (maintenance) plan alone-cheaper to start, replaces more meals and kinder to your body as you’re starting.
Tracy: No weird bowel stuff FOR MOST PEOPLE. Usually cleanse results in frequent urination. IsaFlush optional for those who desire mild colon cleanse-not a strong laxative. No matter which Isagenix system you select, make SURE you’re dealing with a person sufficiently knowledgeable with this product to answer your questions and assist in customizing your program. Good luck!

I recently purchased the 9-day program. I read all of the comments listed above and have to say that I am with those of you who have commented some obvious ignorance. Yes, the program is more expensive than I thought but what I hate to mention is this. Simple diet and exercise is NOT the key to lifeling health. Those people who said that products like this are simply a scam are misinformed. No I have not used the product yet, but believing that a dietary change and a whole lot of exercice will make the difference is naive if not plain stupid. We absorb and digest more toxins than we realized. Toxins are not just in the foods that we eat but they are in the common housegold items we use daily. The products we use to clean or bathrooms, our kitchens and laundry detergent ALL contain toxic chemicals that we ingest into our system daily. Toxins are in the air we breathe. Americans are the most overweight group of people because we refuse to take the appropriate measures to detoxify our bodies. We are all walking around with pounds of toxins in our intestins. What’s a shame is how we refuse to really educate ourselves. No one wants to go against the norm and its sad. We are sluggish, moody, have high blood pressure, have allergies, asthma and a host of other problems. We then go to a doctor and take in more harsh chemicals through the use of prescription drugs. Why does no one understand the harm we do to ur bodies each and everyday? Maybe this program is not for you but don’t knock it because you lack the intelligence to do the research. Don’t knock it because it doesn’t work for you. Everything is not for everyone. But understand that detoxification is crucial to lifelong health. I am 165 lb woman who used to weight 125 lbs. I have tried so many ways to get the weight off but nothing has worked. I am an exercise buff and do not have what I would call bad eating habits. But I still hold on to the weight. The research I have done states that detox is the best way to get a clean start. You clean your system first and then you began a new way of eating healthy…organic foods. Stop putting pesticides into your bodies people.

Struggling with weight issues ever since I have been out of high school, I had given up on being slim. That was until I was asked to try Isagenix by a good friend of mine who had lost 31 lbs and had more energy. Me and my wife split a 3o day kit because we thought no way would this plan work. Well here it is 3 months later and I have lost 65 lbs (while eating well balanced meals and working out) and my wife has lost 33 lbs (while not working out). I have gone from a size 44 to a size 38 and have so much more energy. I am much more active and the way I feel is beyond belief. I have spent hundreds, probably thousands on everyother way to lose weight. You owe it to yourself to try Isagenix for 30 days! What do you have to lose? Except fat… People always have negative stuff to say about everything. But then we will go to the local Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King or Fish Shack and eat whatever they put in front of us. Never thinking twice and never asking what they use to make it or how they make it. But it taste good so it must be ok. Do research on Isagenix. Watch the independent new stories on it. This product has changed not only my life. But the lifes of my friends, family and all who have come in contact with it!

This is not supposed to be a weight loss product, all it does is to cleanse out the impurities so tha body works as it should do. The best part is, after your cleanse,
You :
(A) An overall sense of Well-Being
(B) Clearer thinking, Focus and Better Attitude.
(C) Energy, Stamina, Endurance and Strength
(D) Increase in Sexual Desire.
E) A General Cleansing of the Body
F) Better Sleep
G) Decreased desire for sugars, carbohydrates, caffeine and nicotine.
J) Potential, safe rapid weight loss
Please note: (D)

Isagenix has worked wonders for my wife so far. She has lost over 20 pounds and feels better and sleeps better than she ever has. She does not crave the sweets and the Cokes anymore and as a result I willingly prepare her breakfast shake every morning for her. By the way, adding a bannana or a spoonful of peanut butter really enhances the taste of this product. I personally dont need to lose weight but I have started mixing in a couple of ounces of the Ionix Supreme with my oj every morning and as a result have noticed an increase in my ability to focus as well as and increase in stamina (work stamina as well as sexual). We have personally helped other get started with these products after they noticed the results in my wife and everyone so far has had success. My wife has struggled with her weight after three kids and had tried a number of other wt loss systems but NONE have had the results like Isagenix. I’m sure the results will vary for everyone but for my wife and myself as well as the others who have tried Isagenix the results have been great.

I have a question;
What’s the diffrence between Herbalife and Isagenix?
Why would I choose Isagenex over Herbalife?
Adam on September 30th, 2007 at 5:20 pm
I have been hearning a lot about Isagenix lately because of various family members joining. I have a lot of mixed feelings about Isagenix. Overall, it does seem like a good product…but a little over-hyped and I do think that anyone can get similar results by consuming less calories, increased fiber, and some exercise. Although, this can be too simple for many. I have been using the shakes, accellorators, and ionix supreme products for over a month. I admit, I have only done the cleanse once…it is not fun but not as difficult as I would have thought. Jury is still out on the product. I would say I would be just as well with any other meal replacement shake. My main issue with Isagenix is the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) aspect of Isagenix. It is hard to buy into the product and system because it seems that all MLM companies use the same type of statements such as: testimonials, hype, stories, get rich, “product sells its self”, revolutionary product, “this program and product is different”, and so on. Reality has shown that much of what MLMs produce is over priced products that have very little scientific backing and the MLM distributors never really make any money and probably lose friends over it. 99% of all MLM participants never make any money and spend a lot of time and effort into training, getting to know the products, meetings, conference calls, keeping an inventory, and so forth. Keeping in mind that health products are always changing and products seem to be “here today and gone tomorrow”, it seems wiser to just buy the products rather than trying to “build a business” that really is a bad investment of time, money, and energy. There seems to be a lot of credible and research backed information showing how MLMs do not work, except for the 1% at the top. Anyone know of any solid research showing actual substantiated results or information giving some sort of defense to MLM structure? Isagenix may be a good product, but it seems they “sold out” to a MLM structure probably because they did not want to borrow money to pay salaries and advertising…they figured they would let the distributors do it for free.
Mary on October 8th, 2007 at 1:04 pm
My name is Mary Beth and I am an Isagenix Consultant. I am in love with the products and have lost 65 pounds in 4 months. If you review the contents of the Isashake protein drink with any other shake you buy off the shelf, you will see the difference immediately. But I’m not going do that for you right now. Your real concern seems to be MLM marketing.
Warren Buffet, one of the richest businessmen in the world said this “MLM is the best investment I ever made.” Donald Trump praised MLM on the Letterman show and responded to a heckler in the audience “How much money do you have?” Major corporations such as IBM, Pepsi-Cola, Nike, AT&T, etc. are all using MLM. It is simply the purest form of advertising, word of mouth. And if people are going to tell people about a product or service, the product or service has to be outstanding.
Isagenix was started by 3 people. John Anderson is the master formulator and has been doing it for 27 years. He has formulated over 2,300 different products for more than 600 companies such as GNC and Nature’s Way. Scientific? John is one of the best supplement formulation scientists in the world. He created the Isagenix cleanse to cure a personal ailment and it worked so incredibly well that he wanted to let everyone have a chance to try it. He hooked up with retired millionaires Jim and Kathy Coover, who had already built several successful MLM businesses over the years. They didn’t need to start a new company but John’s products gave them a vision. They wanted to make the world a healthier place and this was the vehicle.
They started Isagenix 5 years ago. They sold 19 million in the first 9 months. We’re on track this year to sell 250 million. Do you think MLM was the right choice? I don’t think they could have done that any other way. I’m not at the top yet and I am earning money and I know many others who are as well.
MLM has been around for some 30 years now. There are several forms of compensation plans like Uni-level, Stairstep Breakaway, and Matrix. I’m not going to go into the details about each one but I will say that each of these forms is constrained as to how deep they will allow you to go. You can only earn commissions 5 to 8 people deep. This creates a competitive situation. You literaly wind up competing against the people you signed up.
Isagenix is a cooperate MLM. The plan is called a Forced Binary. You are only allowed to have 2 legs but you can earn commissions down each leg until you max out at $25,000 a week. That leg is finished but then you can start a new leg! It behooves me to do everything I possibly can to train and help everyone in my organization. That is true leverage.
See our web page at http://www.Weigh2Live.net.
I hope we have addressed some of your concerns!

Adam asked “Anyone know of any solid research showing actual substantiated results or information giving some sort of defense to MLM structure.”
Len Clements is, IMHO, the most intelligent and articulate expert on MLM. He defends the model and biased, uninformed attacks on MLM companies but he also is quick to critique unscrupulous or deceptive MLM companies and practices.
Mr. Clements web site is:

One of the best explanations of the network marketing model is given in the “Brilliant Compensation” video clip by Tim Sales and Harvard-educated business professor Charles King, Ph.D. You can view it on one of my sites:

Note that I have to pay for each viewing so please only watch it if you are serious about learning more about MLM/network marketing.

I am so excited about getting this product even though its expensive. But I know its worth it if it really makes you lose weight.Everyone might not think the same as i do but i tell you specially to those people who disagree with me that its too too hard being overweight (so much sadness, frustration, anger, tears, pain ) that you do anything or pay any price if it really makes you lose weight and get back the real you. I have travelled this road and seems like I found a hope at fair price(surgery cost you even more).I will get back to you after I actually use the product and if it works, i honestly will tell my experience because I would want to help those people out there who are constantly struggling with their weight.

I am on Cleanse Day 2 of a 30 day program. I did 5 pre-cleanse days (mostly so I could do the cleanse days on a weekend). The pre-cleanse days weren’t very difficult, although I didn’t sleep at all at night, which made me very tired. I had caffeine-deprevation headaches, but I expected that. I was hungry, but that was also to be expected, as the Isagenix shake days are designed to be only about 1200 calories or less. My resting metabolic rate is 1693 calories, so that was a very significant decrease. I did not have enough energy to workout at all. That may also have been due to the lack of sleep. Cleanse Day 1 was horrible. I could tolerate the nasty taste of the cleanse drink (berry flavor). (It’s much better, by the way, if you mix it with some water and the More Energy powder and poor over ice.) I ate the snack pellets and some almonds and celery, as directed, but I was starving all day. By last night, the hunger cramps were so bad, I couldn’t sleep at all. I am so weak today, that I can bearly walk. My blood pressure has dropped (it was on the low side to begin with), and my heart rate is 115 (normally 89). I have not been able to keep any food or liquid down since about 3am. My stomach is cramping so bad that anything I try to eat or drink comes right back up. Has anyone else experience this or heard of anyone who has? My distributor/coach says I just need to tough it out. I really want this to work. I knew this program would be difficult for me because I am a sugar-burner with a very high metabolism. The main reason I am doing this is to change my body’s need for sugar and improve my health. I am not overweight, but I would like to lose 10-15 lbs to get back to my “fighting weight” (I used to be an elite athlete). I’ve just never heard of anyone having this much trouble on the cleanse days. Any thoughts? If I am still alive in a few days, I’ll post more about how I’m doing.
Dan on October 21st, 2007 at 4:18 pm
My name is Dan Forslund, and I am proud to say that I am a network marketer, who uses and actively markets the Isagenix products and business opportunity. This is my first real experience with MLM and network marketing, and I am blessed that I was able to attract Isagenix and all it offers into my life.
My experience with this company and it’s various products has been positive right from day one, and every time I think it cannot get any better, it does! Everyone in this company that I have had the pleasure to meet over the past 2 years has been a first class person (no exceptions).
From the top management levels through to the consultants working in the field, Isagenix is a company with a down to earth sense of itself, and a clear and defined path on where we are all headed in the future.
My experience with Isagenix has taught that all networking (i.e. MLM, real estate sales, car sales etc) depends 100% on the relationships we build with each other and others in our respective organizations. And as a result, I am pleased to say that over the past 2 years I have built some relationships with people in Isagenix that will last a lifetime.
The compensation I receive on a weekly basis for my work with Isagenix has always been prompt and timely, has been fair, and is a direct reflection upon how much time and effort I put into my business.
As for the products, well, they just plain work! I am always amazed at how good I feel when I use the Isagenix products! I always feel like I have way more energy, way more stamina, my concentration levels go through the roof, and I can have a much more restful and relaxing sleep.
A lot of people get hung up on Isagenix as being a weight loss solution or weight loss “wonder product”. Even though most people realize some weight loss benefit from these products, please keep in mind that, the Isagenix products were never designed for that exact purpose.
The Isagenix products are nothing more than a nutritional tool that we can all use to assist our bodies in ridding themselves of unwanted junk and impurities. As the body becomes more efficient at ridding itself of these impurities thanks to Isagenix, the body is likely to feel more energized, more vital, and just function a whole lot better than it did in the past.
It has been my experience that weight loss while using the Isagenix products is very much an individual journey. Just because one person was able to realease a given amount of weight in a given amount of time while using the products, in no way guarantees that everyone will be able to do the same. Everyone is different! Our bodies are very intelligent pieces of machinery, and as the Isagenix product is introduced into the machine, it will move and use the optimal Isagenix nutrition at it’s own desecration.
Having said all of this, I am currently coaching my wife through her Isagenix cleansing program, and she is down a total of 26 pounds and a total of 46.5 inches! She is looking great, feeling great, and has no intention of stopping her individual Isagenix journey any time soon. She is 100% committed to her health and fitness goals, and it is her commitment coupled with the Isagenix product line that will allow her to achieve all that she desires.
In conclusion, my experiences with Isagenix, both from a business and product standpoint, have been phenomenal and nothing short of first class. The business plan is sound, the compensation is fair and prompt, and the products work. I encourage anyone reading this to consider Isagenix as a prime home based business opportunity, as well as a fantastic vehicle to take their health and wellness to a new level.

Well, I survived the first 2 cleanse days, but I didn’t lose any weight. I am now on day 2 of the second 2-day cleanse (days 13, 14 of the 30 day progam). This cleanse was a little easier, and I didn’t have the same problems – I ‘m still starving, however. I still haven’t lost any weight or inches. I am prettymuch convinced now that Isagenix does not actually do anything to “release” fat be releasing toxins. It likely works for many people because it severly reduces your daily caloric intake. If you only eat 1000-1200 calories a day, you are most likely going to lose weight (or starve to death). My body seems to have gone into starvation mode, which has shut down my metabolism (which is normally VERY fast). I know that I have lost a lot of muscle mass, partly due to the fact that I haven’t had enough energy to workout. I’m planning to do an “after” RMR and RQ test to see how my metabolism has changed or if I’m buring fat as well as sugar (I previously only burned sugar). This will give scientific, quantitative results as to whether Isagenix actually works or not.

I recently went through a very difficult time in my life. Isagenix was sent to me as a gift by a dear friend who was concerned for my health.
I was so thoroughly stressed and depressed that I was unable to hold a conversation without tears. I did as my friend asked, took the products as she instructed, and asked no questions. Obviously, I trusted her completely, but I did read the ingredients and found nothing that I couldn’t pronounce.. . so what the heck, I figured I couldn’t get any worse.
Within three days the stress and tears were gone. I was focused, and calm. I felt better than I had in years. My daughter called with some news that she was afraid to tell me, and I reacted calmly and told her that it was “all good”. She thought I was on medication.
In 3 months I have completely changed my life. I am back to the old me, no depression and ABSOLUTELY NO STRESS! Believe me, I have started all over from the bottom, most people would feel very stressed in my position. Everyone notices the change, and there is one side effect, I’ve also lost 48 pounds. By the way, I had no idea that Isagenix was involved in weight loss, I was given the maintenance program as a gift. I wasn’t even trying the 30 day program!
Stop looking at Isagenix as strictly a weight loss product. It’s a health product. It’s about letting your body get back to doing what it’s supposed to; eliminate the crap we keep putting there through eating processed foods, chemicals, polutants, etc, etc etc. I feel incredible, and thank that friend for saving my life.
James on January 15th, 2008 at 9:27 am
I have a friend who recently joined this program and is seeing wonderful results – you get out of life what you put into it.
As for MLM – it is simple – it isn’t the companies that are flawed – it is their methods for building a business that are – No single person can be good at all of the things necessary to build a successful business. MLM teaches its distributors/members etc to do everything themselves (sales, recruiting, marketing, admin). Look at any successful Fortune 500 company – they use delegation.
MLM works and can work for anyone – if you have the right skills and structure for your particular business.
For those of you who want to learn how to run your business the right way, stop by http://www.hyland.ws and take a look around our site.

Many people have written questioning how Isagenix works. Some other suggested going on a “lemonade” diet or purchasing their own products at the store. I would like to take the time to explain a little bit on how the system works or more accurately, how your body works.
Our body basically was designed to Cleanse itself. However being bombarded with so many impurities over the years – in our air, water etc. and most of us live in filler not food. (You know empty calories like Kraft Dinner, Hot Dogs, Pasta, White Bread, processed cheese, processed meats, pizza).. our body isn’t working properly nor is it ever given the opportunity to “house clean” so to speak.
As with many “fast” type cleanses… not eating solid food (in particular protein) for a couple of days allows our liver to cleanse the body. As it is not overused processing product emitted from food we eat, it can start to cleanse our system better. Unfortunately, if on a lemonade diet or other “home” remedy diets, our body ends up void of much needed minerals and nutrition required for proper body function. Muscle can/will be absorbed for fuel and our metabolim will slow down. If we drink easily absorbed properly prepared nutrition (Isagenix Cleanse for Life) our body functions at optimum, without over loading the liver and allowing it to do what it was designed to do … cleanse the body. Fat that is shed during such “diet” days releases impurities which are then processed out of the body through the blood, liver and eventually colon. Drinking lots of water helps the flushing out of impurities. An over loaded liver produces more fat. (another reason why alcohol causes weight gain – not just because of calorie content) Anyone interested should just research the liver.
Summary: Isagenix helps the body do what it is designed to do.
As for comments “why isn’t it sold off the shelf”. It is. You can find Isagenix in many private clinics where patrons are charged the retail costs. However, the bonus of being able to sign up just makes it a little more affordable to those with longer term goals. Which brings me to “affordability”
A wholesale charge of “$260″ for a 30 day cleanse (It seems when people like to quote Isagenix costs they always quote the retail to make it seem as expensive as possible) which replaces roughly 50 meals as well as your supplement costs… that isn’t particularly expensive. The costs are in line (or cheaper) than many other systems and replaces grocery costs and eating out costs. Not a bad investment considering it’s your health.
Another bonus, people that have long term goals (losing 30 and more pounds) typically have a number of people interested in the system just because they are shrinking. Having the ability to sign up your friends and family can also greatly reduce the cost of the program making it even more affordable if not pay for it. Most people that I know are on the product for the product NOT for the business and if they do the business it is because of the love of the product. One of my family members lost 115 pounds and his wife 60. How or why would you keep quiet about results like that. It is unbelievable!
Why it is Networked.. Simply speaking. Networking this product acutally reduced the costs of marketing. It is much more cost effect to pay Loyal Customers and Users for referrals than it is so purchase TV, Radio and Magazine Advertising.
It is in Isagenix’s best interest to invest the dollars in creating the best product on the market and allowing it’s users to promote it, than to hire Movie Stars and spending MultiMillions on rotating ads. ( not to mention it is much more rewarding to financially bless someone who has lost over 100lbs and turned their life around – than to write a cheque to some Media Mogul).
Bottom line .. try the product you be the judge.
http://www.slimatlast.ca/
Am I promoting the product.. A Blatant – You Bet! The products are wonderful..my entire family has been impacted by the system. Why wouldn’t I?
karlee on March 19th, 2008 at 2:50 pm
Um. Just so you know. Our liver detoxifies our body.
Cleanses? What happens after you stop the cleanse? Oh, right. You get all of those “toxins” right back into your body.
We all have pounds of toxins in our bowels? Hmm. Wonder what poop is then?
It isn’t that we don’t want to go against the norm. It’s just that you are a FREAK. Our bodies clean ourselves. That is why we have livers and bowel movements.
Stop trying to make everything so complicated and dramatic. Simple exercise and eating well will keep you in shape and in good health.
My only suggestion is to stop breathing, stop cleaning, stop everything you do. Hell, why are you still alive- what with all the pounds of toxins building up in your body??
Good grief.
Rob on March 27th, 2008 at 7:20 am
karlee is an idiot! Isagenix works! obviously exercise and eating right will help you lose weight and feel better but sometimes people need something to help get them going in the right direction a jump start, Isagenix will do that for you. Karlee and people like her should be more informed before they speak!

Well, I’ve read about half of these posts, and am 1) glad to hear that people are doing something about their weight, health and are detoxing. All very real issues. and 2) whether they use Isagenix or something else does not matter. The main thing is to DO something. Anything is better than Taco Bell or Mcd’s.
What I fail to see regarding the Isagenix products is whether they are ORGANIC and unpasteurized. As a high raw vegan foodist, these two issues are critical to healthy detoxing and cleansing. The products probably help people who do not know how to detox and lose weight by giving them a program and products to use, instead of simply controlling the quality of the food they eat.
My husband and I have both lost tons of weight, eliminated nearly ALL of our health issues, and have more energy for over 50 year olds than our kids do, just by simply following a high raw vegan organic lifestyle. NOT a diet, a lifestyle change. We will never go back to the SAD way of eating. That way is designed to keep people fat and sick, and eventually kill you, and keep the doctors and pharma cartels rich and always in profit.
And those that have knocked mlm programs, let me ask you something. Did you realize that many large corporations like Exxon, IBM, etc. have used network marketing to promote their agendas? Or what about regular businesses? They have the CEO at the top, next the president, then the vice president, manager, and of course, the worker bees. Do you think the vice president makes more than the CEO? No of course not, and never will. But in NWM or MLM or whatever you want to call it, people in your downline can make more than the people at the top. And the possibility of making more than any CEO is VERY possible! It’s all based on just how hard you want to work. Thus you are fairly compensated for the amount of effort you want to put in. NO OTHER business does that. NWM is the best business in the industry. Many business professionals will tell you so. Watch BrilliantCompensation.com by Tim Sales.
BTW, I am not in Isagenix. I WAS looking at it, but do not see anything labeled as organic. I am in BioGenX Global and their products ARE organic. And this company has a comp plan unlike any other. Be in profit with ONLY ONE personally sponsored. http://www.weissonlinebiz.com.

let the buyer beware.
i have not tried isagenix. i learned about it from a friend the other day and decided to learn more. unfortunately, there is little real information to find; only testimonials. i do not want to knock a product that actually helps people, but i’m very concerned that we race to be dependent like this. in the past few years, i’ve learned to grow and prepare my own organic foods. i might not be a size four my whole life, but at least i’ll know i wasn’t pushing a button for my food pellet – i was outside getting exercise and fresh air and making a nice place for birds and bees to live. and i’m happy.
if you’d like to know more, i call that “life”. when you’re done looking for it in the bottom of a bottle, it’s right in front of your face.
Mary Beth Johnson RN, BSN, MHA on June 18th, 2008 at 9:51 am
THERE IS no magic pellet…Health requires healthy choices. you can’t swallow pills and potents and continue to eat junk, and expect to be healthy. As I see it…Isagenix is the PERFECT way to support you in your health goals. CAN you eat the perfect diet? maybe…if you are willing to eat ONLY organic and spend your life shopping for and preparing JUST the right things… and taking supplements. I personally don’t have the time or inclination. I want something that is healthy and EASY and portable…A friend introduced me to Isagenix when I was 57…tired, and “fluffy” and out of energy. I felt MATRONLY and i hated that…I had a really good “diet” but wasn’t able to reduce my weight…I was a “fluffy” size 8 and at 5 ‘ 4″ tall…it wasn’t pretty…so…fast forward 6 months…I was 20 pounds thiner, felt AMAZING…had the body fat normal for a 20 something…and no longer felt or looked MATRONLY. I was able to maintain a busy life style, travel to meetings and just take my shakes with me to maintain my energy and health. I will ALWAYS want to feel this good…so I guess you could say I am hooked. I now crave the healthy ingredients in Isagenix for my ’snacks”. The protein is the highest quality Whey protein available and I like that. I value my health and will continue to do whatever I can to avoid needing prescription drugs. Heck, I can go on vacation and LOSE weight! and eat what I want…I just naturally choose healthy things, but then, I always kinda did that…so…if you are on the line about trying Isagenix…what is stopping you…you only have a few pounds to lose and there is a 30 day money back guarantee…I’m creating a special website (www.BetterBoomerBodies.biz) just so I can spread the word to us 50 somethings and above…that we DON’T have to rely on toxic pharmaceuticals to get us through the next decades. No thanks…As a Nurse and Health coach…Wellness is really important to me and to my clients. Try it you will like it!

I have been doing Isagenix for 13 days (my hairdresser turned me on to it). I have lost 11 lbs. so far. That is fast considering my metabolism has been on a grinding halt since I sit in an office chair over approximately 15 hours a day between a full time job and on line school program.
I started this program with no intention to be a reseller. I started just to try something new because I’m running out of options for losing weight. I quit a 6 cup a day coffee habit and nicorette gum habit the day before starting so that made day 1 very unpleasent. Ever since day 1 I have had no cravings for coffee, no cravings for nicorette gum, no cravings for bad food. I used to drag out of bed at 9AM and still be tired all of the day – now I am getting up at 5AM ready to go. Even on cleanse days I have more energy than I know what to do with. My skin looks perfect!
The ingrediants are wholesome and are on the labels of the products. I am doing the 30 day program . The only complaint I can come up with is that, other than the shakes, the drinks just don’t taste good. I must mix the Ionix in to my shake to be able to drink it – and I dilute the cleanse product in a lot of water.
Overall if you need a program that will enforce some discipline but also make you “feel good” this is the one!

I started using Isgaenix almost 3 years ago. I lost 15 pounds on my first 9 days and a total of 65 pounds in just over 3 months. The most wonderful part is that Isagenix has helped me keep it off.
All of the health benefits that people have stated on here I have experienced. In fact, the only time I have known of someone to get lesser results than they were looking for, is when their diligence to not cheat was lesser than it should have been.
I coach people from many different health Network Marketing companies and I never hear any of them talk about results they get with their product like people who are using Isagenix.

My research told me 1) you do not know WHAT is in their product since there are no standards, controls, checks…so even if they did tell you…can you believe them? What exactly are you ingesting and do you care? I guess not, 2) Dr John Gray is NOT a doctor…he got his “licence” from an unaccredited university that has had it doors shut after years of chrunning out the fake certificates and it was NEVER an accredited university 3) my friend who “lost” 40 pounds “found” it really easily again…and has not “lost” it since 4) at the raw-raw meetings, they ask people to stand if they lost 10 lbs, 20 lbs, 30 lbs 40 lbs (my friend stood up and I looked at her like “what???” since she had gained it all back…but she insisted that she DID lose it…before-oh, ok!) 4) they never asked people to stand up if you made $100 last month, $200. last month $300 last month $400. etc last month cause it is almost impossible to do. And, they’ll tell you – errrr…insult you by saying that if you don’t make x number of dollars it’s your fault. That, after spending an enormous amount of time everyday bugging everyone you know, use to know (ie calling people you haven’t spoken to for years…except the last time when you were selling Amway or something) and anyone you meet in a line up, movie theatre, grocery store…etc etc. The ones at the top are making a fortune – but that is it.
I haven’t seen my “friend” for a very long while cause she is extremely annoying and won’t leave me alone about this stuff…but I imagine she is pretty large and still taking to strangers in the line, wasting her time going to raw-raws to be insulted, and lead by a bunch of extremely well-tanned (wait til they get a bit older!) vultures who brag about the hundreds of thousand of dollars they are making (how rude) …while the rest of you in the audience think they are God.
Also, if there was anything to this – the pharma companies would already have stolen it from them. Wake up – especially all you “writers” above me here who are isagenix “business owners” – who are trying so hard to make money on a ridiculous premise, bugging your friends, family, strangers and anyone who breaths!
Only one healthy way to lose weight – always has been and always will be: reduce calories a little, exercise a little, and get a good nights sleep. It will never change folks!

I’m almost positive I’ll be taking Isagenix within the next couple of months to loose some weight before my friends wedding I’ll be in, but I was wondering…..I’m 20 years old and really only have about 10-15, MAYBE 20 lbs, to loose. Will Isagenix do the job for those stubborn pounds that my regular exercise and halfway decent eating habits can’t seem to budge?

Hi Rose-
I hope you have someone to set up your account and coach you to success in Isagenix. I have skimmed most of the statements…and novels above. I find it interesting and very entertaining. I assist my clients with assessing their obstacles to weightloss and optimum health. THEN, I customize a plan– be it nutrition or exercise….or sometimes personal development and journaling.
Please let me know if you’ve any questions: ashleei@hotmail.com
Best Wishes!

I lost 65 pounds using Isagenix, use the product to this day, and have kept the weight off thanks to the Godsend. I really struggled until I found this product. Spent tons of hours in the gym without losing the spare tire.
I did a review on my blog that explains why people lose weight so easily and for the long term cleansing with Isagenix: http://mlmdiscovery.com/isagenix-reviews/ Please, fill out the contact form if you have any questions. I have been using this product for almost 4 years and know a lot about it.
