The original contract, which has been in place since April of 2006, stipulates purchases from Ethos of more than $95 million dollars over a 6-year term. Thus far purchases have exceeded $2.2 million, well ahead of contracted sales; accounting for more than $7 million dollars in sales to 4-E distributors worldwide.
