Diet and nutrition products and services company Medifast Inc. said Friday president and financial chief Michael McDevitt will take over as chief executive beginning in March 2007.
Under a transition plan disclosed in November, current Chief Executive Bradley MacDonald will retire from management but continue as chairman of the board. He will also provide financial and management guidance. MacDonald has been chief executive since 1999.
