Why Good People Fail in MLM

Roger Smith:

In recent years, we’ve witnessed the public downfall and disgrace of leaders from almost every area of endeavor — business, politics, religion, and sports. One day they’re on top of the heap, the next, the heap’son top of them.

Of course, we think that such catastrophic failure could never happen to us. We’ve worked hard to achieve our well-deserved positions of leadership in our respected Network marketing companies– and we won’t give them up for anything! The truth is: the distance between beloved leader and despised failure is a shorter line than we think.

With this in mind, I believe that the main cause of failure in your efforts in building strong independent leaders is…YOU. Yes you a the problem. Look at it this way, you have at last 10 new people that you have to train and develop constantly in order to build a strong team. I see that as being a “variable” or the one thing that you really have no control over. But in those situations there is one person, one single individual that is always present, which I call a “constant” which is YOU.

Take a real look in the mirror to see if there is something about you that your new people a either seeing or hearing. take a good look, and try these steps to see if your outcome can change.
