Home-based entrepreneur Jessica Harden has scheduled the first meeting of the new women’s networking group she’s founded, the Women’s Business Network of Loudoun.
The first meeting takes place at noon on Tuesday, March 20, at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm in Ashburn. There is no charge to join the group, but there is a $15 event fee that includes lunch, a drink and gratuity.
The group will meet biweekly for lunch, and members will give a 45-second presentation on their business. Also at the meetings, a door prize will be awarded and donations for various charities will be collected.
Harden’s company distributes XanGo, a nutritional supplement drink based on the mangosteeen fruit. As a stay-at-home mother of three daughters ranging in age from 1 to 8 years old, she understands the demands of many home-based business owners.
