Businesses pay $20 for a display table, and each is asked to provide a door prize. Sponsors support the event by contributing $100 and a door prize. The Surf City Community Center plans to offer refreshments like coffee and soft drinks.

Local shops, such as Unburied Treasure that feature art, crafts, and unique gifts, have reserved tables, and an area restaurant is one of the sponsors. The variety of businesses represented range from a pet grooming and supply company to shipping and packaging, financial consulting, an advertising business and independent consultants for companies like Mary Kay and Pampered Chef.
