I have had very good luck turning cheap leads into quality leads. I use the dreaded ffa leads and send one email to them asking them to click a link to join my online marketing newsletter. I offer them some free advertising if the join my newsletter (ffa leads are targeted leads for me because I sell marketing products and all those who post of ffa pages are marketers) They then confirm their email address if they wish and I have a true , targeted confirmed opt in subscriber. I then follow up with offers and information about marketing in my newsletters. Works great!
