More than 100 companies and organizations filled the Illinois Room, from Alliant Energy and the O’Hare Modernization project to independent businesses like Mary Kay Cosmetics for the Spring Diversity Career Day held last Thursday, the largest diverse college job fair in the city.
Most company representatives agreed the Spring Diversity Career Day had a better turnout of students enthusiastic about pursuing their potential careers.
