    Hello,

When I was first looking for a work at home opportunity, I was very discouraged. Then, I happened upon Shaklee on the computer. (I had heard of it in the past, but had forgotten about the company.) I was not looking to sell health and wellness products.
To make a long story short, I started reading about the company and Dr. Forrest Shaklee, listened to Roger Barnett, and did lots of research. I did my homework to check out everything that I could about its history, products, and present status. By the time that I finished my research, I was totally inspired. At my ‘baby boomer’ age, I had become a bit cynical about ‘big corporations’ and the ‘big money behind businesses… thinking that most businesses seem to be more interested in profits rather than the people……and the planet. I was so impressed by the ethics , the philosophy, and the rewards, recognitions, and philanthrophy of the Shaklee Corporation, that I knew there was hope in this world.
I did not know what MLM really was. It has been criticized a lot or put into the catagory of a pyramid..but, I found out there is definitely a difference. The Shaklee corporation has integrity, thoroughness in its stringent testing of its products, and utilizes (as the article above states) everything that it can to keep the earth ‘green’ and the products for its consumers pure and safe.
I am enjoying this journey as a independent distributor for Shaklee. I like the idea that I can tell others the information about it…..so maybe, that they can feel inspired, too. It is good to know that these type of ethical, progressive, yet-old fashioned businessess still do exist. It is good to know that the vision it shares with its distributors and its consumers is for the ‘good ‘and the preservation of motherearth…and for the children of tomarrow.
My new store is open. It is a secure site that has much information about its ‘green’ challenges, its clinical science, and its wonderful health and wellness products. Get Clean. Got Green. And, be glad that you did. http://www.shaklee.net/Joan_distributor
