A new high-tech business is taking root in Hanford: computer-based scrapbooking.
Kelly Abbott recently moved Complete Photo Solutions from Gilroy to Hanford after she and her husband moved to the Central Valley for his job.
She doesn’t have a shop, and scrapbooking is just part of her business, but Abbott makes her living as an online authorized dealer of Photomax and the Digital Scrapbook Place through www.completephotosolutions.com. She also teaches classes on digital photography and digital scrapbooking.
Digital scrapbooking is a computer-based form of scrapbooking in which customers use special software to lay out photos and elements on a page, instead of applying stickers and photos to a page.
