I have looked at most of the so called travel ooportunities and the only one that is truely a out of the box full service agency is YTB. They require the correct credentials and own, operate a legitimate travel agency with actual contracts with travel venders instead of contracting with operaters of what are basically travel search programs notactual booking engines.
