How to Understand, Start and Run a Successful Home Based Travel Business
The best home based business for ME is a HOME BASED TRAVEL BUSINESS. I know it will also be for many of you.But other than the fact that I’m just a normal, ordinary guy with no special talents.. and in fact, I’m probably older than most readers at 69 and I started this just last year, this article is not about me. It only points out that about anyone can easily get involved in the home based travel business. This is about YOU and what YOU want from life and your “working hours”, whether you are a stay-at-home-mom, a retiree, or any other category.

I agree that a travel MLM is a very lucrative opportunity. It’s a market where trillions of dollars are spend and the trend is upward as more and more people in the developing world see their incomes grow every year. It can only be matched by the health and wellness industry.

Interesting,
I use to own a traditional travel agency and was fortunate to have sold it just before last recession, and I am glad I did, thousands folded over the next few years.
As to being in travel today with current recession, most of the small agencies have been folding for years, so all the is left is the big agencies and online booking systems which are another reason why the small agencies are history for the most part.
No one gets into travel industry to make big money, this I can assure you. The best agencies would generate a reasonable income, but you will never meet a millionaire travel agent. lol
With sales of travel off as much as 30%, this is not the industry to consider in a recession as severe as this one. I speicalize is researching recession proof businesses and strategies to survive recessions, and travel would not even make my top 50 list in this market.
There are many good home business opportunities out there, so do your research and ask yourself an important questions before deciding. Would I purchase this product or service without the business oppurtunity attached? If cannot honestly say yes, forget it, most people cannot sell, so if a product or service does not offer true verifiable value to the masses, forget it, you won’t succeed no matter what hype you are told.
Success to all,
