You treat your MLM distributorship the same way that an owner of a marketing business treats their business. That is what you are — the owner of a marketing business. Your “job” that you signed up for is to market product to consumers and train others how to market product to consumers. That’s all that a legitimate MLM company wants you to do and they pay you really well if you are good at it. So what do you need to know to be good at it?You must:
* Know who you are marketing to
* Know how to contact your market and only your market
* Know what to say to them
* Understand the buying process and your role in it
* Know why people buy and why they don’t
* Treat your MLM business as a business and track results
* Live in reality and respond to the results — not your opinions of what should be
* Know how to close a sale
* Know how to train others how to do what you do (both marketing and business)

I know you have nailed it with this one. You must absolutely treat your MLM business like a business and track everything you do. Know how many out bound calls you make, how many new people you prospect each week, how many follow-ups you have booked, 3 way calls booked, who is advancing in your business, who needs what volume to advance, know what you say that works, what you say that doesn’t work. There are many other possible things that can be tracked, knowing what is happening in every aspect of your business is going to ensure you have sustained growth and a growing cheque. You will also be well on your way to changing the lives of thousands of other people which is the best reward there is.
