		<description>I do agree with Dean, that if you are to be successful in Coastal Vacations or indeed any business you will attain better results if you are proactive.

Where I do disagree with Dean, is with his blanket statement that his group is the fastest growing group in Coastal. Even if he has placed an umbrella over everyone who uses the call center, I still feel that the statement is misleading. 

I think only the board of directors are qualified to make such a statement.
