Though print ads have always done well and continue to do well with the right copy and right market, I have found that my online job postings are easily outperforming the print ads. Not only do the ads generate more leads, I can stretch my clients budgets way further with the online posts. I have to clarify that this is not my findings with pay per click type campaigns. It is the online recruitment/ job postings that really perform! I have 17+ years experience in print advertising and own a print buying agency.
