Elaine Cayron's points are very well put. We actually have a tools section in our blog www.optree.com which validates what you are saying.

I think that is you are passionate about the products, then it is easier for you to feel comfortable to share with others. When you believe what you are saying, it is genuine. This is the foundation of all relationships.

This is very true. Too many people want to make money, but don't support their own products.

One point in this article that I wanted to elaborate on is knowing your why. Knowing your why is important, but I think what's even more important than knowing your why is knowing what are you willing to do to make that why a reality.

Everyone likes to focus on the why, but if the person isn't willing to do whatever it takes to make that why a reality than who cares if they have a powerful why? They aren't willing to do what it takes so the why will never drive them to make the necessary sacrifices.

So in addition to knowing your why, we also need to know what are we willing to do to make that why happen.
