If you portray yourself as caring about your team and obtaining the knowledge to help them succeed (you actually have to have these aspects however) that people will automatically be draw to that energy and you will find more often than not people will be searching your team out and the work you have been used to putting in to drive people into your business or team will decrease drastically.
