Using the example of the report that nurses get on their patients with the report that we need to get from our MLM prospects was a fantastic illustration of what we need to be doing as recruiters.

I HATE it when distributors just walk up to some random person and start pitching them on the opportunity.  It sets a bad example and is one of the reasons MLM has a bad reputation.

By taking the time out to get to KNOW a person first and then showing how your business can help to address some gaps in their lives, you will recruit a lot more people in the process and avoid a lot of frustration as well.
