Team Double Click doesn’t actually have 38,000 contractors that they have screened and tested. The only have about 200 or so that have actually passed the test and you are probably wondering where the 38,000 number came from…..that’s the number of people that have submitted interest in working for the company. They have not taken any tests or gone through any interviews.
I have also heard that you are REQUIRED to attend meetings (you do not get paid for attending) and if you don’t atttend, you are kind of black balled through out the Team Double Click community.

They do not have as many contractors as they say. Some signed up and couldn’t work during the day, some signed up and then decided not to go with them (the pay is low), some never got interviews as it takes 2 months to go through the process…others are just inquiries. That list is never updated and those that leave their ranks are never removed from that large number they advertise. They only have about 200 people working as contractors at any given time. It’s obvious they stretch the truth alot…they say they give free training, 2 hours for each new client but they don’t say that the VA doesn’t get paid at all for their own time. They say they offer a MBG but they don’t say that they deduct that money from the VA themselves (their portion earned). They don’t pay for any training and they black ball left and right…even if one person on their core team doesn’t like the VA, they will be tagged as not getting any more clients but they will keep that black balled VA on board for the other clients they service. The really sad part is that they never tell the VA they are black balled. One has to jump through hoops to find out why they no longer receive calls for new jobs. They keep it a secret so that the VA doesn’t quit the other clients they have. But they still charge the VA the same amount of money as if they were still marketing them around to other clients.
Good luck to whomever signs up with them. It’s a scam in disguise.
