Nutritional supplement company Reliv International Inc. said Wednesday that it appointed Joseph Wojcik to the newly created post of vice president-international.
He most recently was principal and founder of consulting firm Endurance Business Solutions, which advised companies on strategic entry into international markets.
Prior to starting the consulting business, Wojcik had spent 12 years in international business with Los Angeles-based Herbalife (NYSE: HLF), a network marketing company that sells nutritional supplements, most recently serving as vice president of Southeast Asia.
In his new post, Wojcik, 45, will be responsible for Reliv’s markets outside North America, including those in Asia, Europe and the Australia/New Zealand region, the company said in a release.
Ryan Montgomery, Reliv’s executive vice president, worldwide sales, said in a statement, “Joe has more than 15 years of international business experience, including 12 years in the direct selling industry, a combination that makes Joe extremely valuable to us.”
